By far one of the best ice cream shops I've been in. Staff is UNBELIVEBLY friendly, heck, me and one of the younger staff members bonded over video games because I had my 3ds with me. She was really excited. :D
The ice cream is incredible. Customizable ice cream is so fun. This is hands down the greatest ice cream shop. 10/10, would come again.

Audrey was super helpful asked us if we were first timers and explained everything She then told us it would be the best soft serve we had and she nailed it! Super fun vibe with good prices.

We’ve been loyal customers of this ice cream shop since it opened, but after our experience tonight, we won’t be returning. While placing our order and still looking at toppings, we were rushed and asked to move down the counter because another family had walked in behind us even though we weren’t finished ordering.
To make things worse, my husband and I always order the same thing every time we come: soft serve in a plastic to-go cup. Tonight, we were suddenly told we aren’t allowed to have it that way even though they had just served our son his banana ice cream with vanilla wafers in the exact same kind of cup.
What’s frustrating is we were just here last week and got the exact same order with no issue. The inconsistent policies and poor customer service tonight made it clear our business isn’t appreciated. It’s disappointing to say, but they just lost regulars.

ordered from gazoops tonight 4 different ice cream orders all were supposed to be WITHOUT waffle cones which Carlos the person who says they are in charge says no one ever told him when in fact I have it in text that they were to be WITHOUT waffle cones and the door dash driver even showed where he texted Carlos and said NO WAFFLE CONES IN ANY OF THEM. carlos texted back ok no problem I got you... those are his words not mine which I have screen shots of.. I then called and talked to Carlos and all he did was argue with me telling me no one ever told him .. guess what dude the customers ALWAYS right.. especially when they have screen shots of the conversation .. I'll make sure I also contact whomever the head of this franchise is because I'm sure darren Hussein these aren't the type of people you want working for you if you want to stay in business... I'll be giving zirillis ALL my business now not gonna be talk to that way by some punk kid...
