Brought my wife here for our anniversary. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, explaining the menu in great detail all while we enjoyed samples. The banana soft serve was delicious, the waffle cups were amazing. My wife got the Nilla Gorilla milkshake I built my own OG Gazoop with banana and vanilla with butterfinger crumbles and Nutella topping. We even got some to go. I highly recommend you check this place out. We will be returning soon! Thank you!

I went with my kids. We got delicious ice cream cone. One with cocoa waffle cone and another with berries.Both were really good.Recommend for any sweet craving or to have a nice detail with your spouse. ????

The desserts there are AMAZING!!! I totally recommend to anyone who has never been there before, me, my sister, my grandmother, my dad, and my dad's friend were amazed by how the food, service and atmosphere was AWESOME!! My dad's friend got the smores milkshake, my dad got a chocolate one, I forgot what my grandmother got but it was so good! I got the mixed chocolate and vanilla swirl with m&ms it was good! My sister got the chocolate ice cream! Thank you to the guy there that was VERY HELPFUL/SWEET/KIND.

Neat concept here, but needs some refinement yet. Mocha drink was good but sprinkle and sugar garbage under the outside lip of the cup is just a mess. The snowball gazoop tasted good, but the waffle and ice cream stuffed inside the cup is another mess to try and eat - we ended up having to use fingers to get it out.

I usually love coming here but on my last visit it was pretty annoyed. There was quite a long line and I get that so not a big deal. But I ordered and they made everyone's order before mine and when I was like lm still waiting they said they forgot and put my warm milkshake that was the consistency of water in a cup and handed it to me. Of course I had checked out before I got my milkshake and realized it was not a milkshake consistency. When checking out I had asked if there was a way to lookup my $5 off for my birthday as my phone had died and could not show on there. The girl had me put my number in the system and asked if it worked. I told her I have no clue how she can add my coupon. She kept saying it would come off after I pay... on what planet does a discount come off after you pay. She clearly didn't know how to use the system and charged full price. I was mostly upset about the lack of her asking for help when she had clue what to do. And then I was so uncomfortable I didn't even want to go back and ask for something else when I didn't like the shake. No picture, sorry :(

We drove all the way from Punta Gorda to get ice cream and it was well worth the trip! I had the banana ice cream and the chocolate waffle cone. It was so good and refreshing! The staff was friendly. It was a wonderful treat. I can’t wait to return.
Yum!!!Friendly staff, so many choices!We couldn’t decide so we ordered 3 different things. Everything was awesome! The Elvis was a crowd favorite, the banana soft serve was perfect!

My first ice cream waffle bar. Service was fast, I got a gnomie it was delicious. The red cones are red velvet. They have shakes along with soft serve ice cream with an assortment of choices for toppings. You can also add nitrogen to your ice cream if you'd like. Parking is very accessible and plentiful. Located in a plaza. Good location.

THE WORSE MILKSHAKE EVER. It was milk that they shaked up whipped cream on top and a hint of strawberry. At the very least I expected at least ONE strawberry in the MILK.It was, runny with very little ice cream. So disappointed. I'm a milkshake fan and this was by far the worst ever. :(

Not sure how this place has so many 5 star ratings since its dirty, overpriced, and operated by ill mannered d*** children. A place to avoid unless you want to be aggravated and over pay for trash. The 5-star reviews must be old. I would highly advise avoiding this place. There is no good reason to go here.
