Hacienda Jalisco Bar & Grill

Tried this place twice. First time was okay, had steak tacos and shrimp soup. Second time was awful. Chicken enchiladas were dry and the sauce was coagulated on top. Refried beans were inedible. Ordered a side of sour cream that took about 10 minutes to arrive. Service was absolutely subpar. Bartender actually disappeared for about 30 minutes so I couldn’t order another drink when I did the waitress was having to Google how to make the drink. Bartender was outside smoking the whole time in view of the restaurant. Husband ordered a beer at happy hour and it’s BOGO and they refused to bring them out separately so the 2nd beer gets warm. Some of the worst food and service we’ve experienced in Cape. We’ll be sticking to Clase Azul.

Great new Mexican restaurant in Cape Coral. Our server Tino was very good. I had the Hacienda Tacos - 3 very good tacos, took one home. Husband had the Enchiladas con queso - 4 steak enchiladas were excellent too, took 2 home. Tasty margaritas, chips and salsa. Excellent dinner, nice sized portions with good prices, good service, nice decor. We'll be back!

Really great fresh food. Luna makes a mean skinny marguerita, and was just lovely, overall. Carnitas..yummy! Chicken enchiladas and chorizo quesadilla. All yummy!

Food was good and decently priced for what you get. I got a molcajete and it was a lot of food! I was surprised to get crab in it since it said crawfish. Service was a little slow with as slow as it was.

This michelada was absolutely delicious! 🍤🍺 I came here on Sunday with my girlfriends and we all LOVED it. The flavor was perfectly balanced, loaded with tasty toppings like shrimp, cucumber, and even a tamarindo stick! The food was just as amazing — super flavorful and fresh. Such a fun spot with great vibes — definitely coming back! 🌶️✨

Borria Burrito was off the charts !!!! Served by Luna and Genesis at the bar! Amazing 5 stars. Genesis is Abby Sciuto exact duplicate from NCIS ! Unreal doppelgänger!!

The food was authentic and delicious, so were the margaritas. Tino, our server, kept checking on us. Love the ambiance, plenty of room to be seated. Would highly recommend. This is our new go to Mexican restaurant!

It starts with the hostess Michelle. From our greeting with her we had one of the most fun experiences we've ever had at a Mexican restaurant. The mariachi band plays on Friday nights, giving an ambiance of actually being in Mexico. The food was authentic Mexican. If you leave hungry it's your own fault. This is our go to for Mexican food in the future.

The music was very loud, we were under a speaker to be fair, but the waiter was very happy to turn the music off so that our large group could talk at our table.

The food was fantastic! Everyone gave it a 9 or 10.

We will highly recommend this place to all of our friends.
