Everything was great, even though they were in a restoration project because of the damage done during the last hurricane. My only suggestion would be to have trash cans placed in the bathrooms. I am conscientious and would not place personal hygiene items & facial tissues in the toilet, but other guests possibly would not be that considerate, thus, could cause plumbing problems.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, it was nicely updated with plenty of room. Unfortunately they were installing a new roof at the time, so a lot of construction was going on & the main pool was closed. There is a second pool which was nice & a short walk away. It also had a bar. Pleasant staff but upon check-in, the evening front desk clerk did not know what time complimentary coffee was served in the morning. It was pretty good coffee. The hallways are exterior which is...
The property and rooms are quite nice. Security very friendly as we left and returned each day. We booked the property 9 months ago, but due to recent ( not Ian) wind damage there was major construction going on. It was noisy starting well Before 8 am and this was so disruptive, but no discount, extra points, meal credit, etc was offered. Huge cranes, most hotel entrances blocked off so I had to schlep luggage a good distance, etc. one day we had to wait 5 minutes to go outside...
