It’s a cute shop and the boba is great but it’s unreasonably expensive. I paid between 9-10$ for just a matcha latte with 1 serving of boba and the regular basic milk choice. There’s cheaper boba shops in Cape so I’ll be sticking to those in the future.

Located in downtown Cape Coral area in a plaza with variety of food options. Great atmosphere and interior design is beautiful! Great for taking pictures for the media. The lemonades are delicious not too sweet or sour but the right amount of flavor and the milk tea taste great! Staff are welcoming and fast service. Definitely recommend if you want to grab a refreshing drink.

Hi tea is the cutest Boba shop in town! there are tons of different photos spots inside the café where you can take tons of cute pictures while you wait for your drinks.They have tons of options for Boba that are both caffeinated and non-caffeinated. They offered tea, lemonade, milk, tea, slushies, and smoothies… they have more popping pearl options than anywhere else I have seen. They also have tons of different dessert options, like strawberry shortcake, macaroons, and even Korean Bingsu. The Bingsu is our personal favorite. It is a shaved ice cream topped with fruit, boba and whipped cream.The owner is super nice, and all of the workers are as well. I’ve never had a bad experience as far as service goes. While working on homework and writing a paper, they even brought my niece and I out some free samples of tea and desserts. If I could give them more than 5 stars in each area I would!!!

I wanted to like this place because it’s so cute inside. But service was really bad. The girl at the front barely said a word, had a bad attitude and threw straws at me. After the service is improved then I think this could be a great place!
This is exactly what we have needed in this area! I absolutely love the offerings and fun ambiance of Hi Tea. The drinks are always delicious and I love the payment/ordering screen that makes customizing your drink super easy. There's optional counter service with friendly people working for those who rather speak to someone. Overall, always a great stop!

Nice place with lots of tea / boba options. The staff was really helpful. Drinks were a little slow coming out but there were quite a few people there before we got there. They forgot my passion fruit boba in the smoothie, but when I said something they have me a whole ton in a cup so that was very nice.

I mean it’s alright. I usually get a raspberry tea with strawberry popping pearls. It’s really not that sweet. It tastes like watered down tea. And it’s pretty expensive for a small amount that’s gone in like 5 sips. Honestly better off buying the raspberry snapple and a bucket of the strawberry popping pearls off of Amazon. The people are alright and do their job I guess.
