We have been to High Tide 3 times this month. Each and every time the food has been very disappointing. Once was lunch and not only was the food not good the waiter was rude. Dinner inside was terrible and the waitress was worse. Last night sitting outside the waiter did a great job and was very friendly but again the food was presented terribly and was not good. While the experience on the whole was pleasant and the food tasted good. My prime rib was served over cooked. Our waitress never came to ask how everything was going so I just ate it. The flavor was nice but still over cooked. My husband’s grouper was a very tiny portion. Guess it’s a good thing he won a lobster from the machine.
Our waitress, Celina, was absolutely exceptional!!!
Super friendly and so very kind!
We ate there on a Friday and went back a week later and she remembered our names and greeted us by name, as soon as she saw us!!
