I am the president of the Browns Backers chapter that gathers here during the NFL season! We are in no way affiliated with Hurricanes, but they are gracious enough to host us every game! One of our objectives as an officially sanctioned club of the Cleveland Browns Backers is to support charities in our community. We achieve this by hosting a 50/50 raffle at every game. Everyone who is attendance except club officers are eligible to win. This includes restuarant staff as they are not affiliated with our club.
The comment below from C Flash is very disappointing to read because it reflects negatively on the restuarant, and is an inaccurate statement. This raffle is in no way rigged, and we welcome random club members to pull the winning ticket each week.
Hurricanes is a fantastic partner and I highly recommend visiting them!

I am an average Cleveland Browns fan! We go every Sunday that the Browns are playing and watch the game with other like-minded people! We do a 50-50 raffle that supports our charities and all the money we raise goes to the charity! More people that participates the more money for that charity! Food is good, the waitstaff is super and The Company is even better!

As a Brown Backer Hurricanes treats us great. The staff goes out of their way and are part of the Browns Backers wearing Browns Backers T-shirts. The Chicken Tenders are some of the best I've ever had.

I had a truly awful experience at Hurricane Grill & Wings. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and it was so fatty that I couldn't even eat it. My wife’s Philly cheesesteak was similarly disgusting, filled with fat. My son’s burger was raw in the middle. When I complained, they only took my meal off the bill. I asked to speak with the manager, and he reluctantly agreed to remove the charge, but made it clear he didn’t want to. When I said I wouldn’t be coming back, he told me good and walked away. Completely unprofessional and rude. I definitely won’t be returning.

It's best when you eat there and don't take it home. Unfortunately the order was not complete at pick up. Unfortunately, we only realized it when we opened the bag at home. This is really annoying when you have already paid so much money. The food is really delicious and we would order again but it's just not good when the staff who run the pick up forget the food we ordered.

Browns backer bar. Do not fall for the 50/50 raffle it's a scam .they let the staff members win all a gimmick .food is ok not the best not the worst.

This was about the 3rd or 4th time I was here. We ordered burgers and my husbands was literally RAW in the middle! Not even warm. When we pointed it out to the server, she had the nerve to say that it was cooked how it was ordered, medium rare. She didn't take it off our bill even though it was inedible. So I called later that day to speak to a manager and it turns out that it was actually our server who said they were the manager. She didn't acknowledge that she remembered us and actually said I will let the server and the cook know. Do not go here! They are rude and have no customer service whatsoever. I would post a picture if I could.

This would have rated higher, but the darn flies all over our food wouldn't allow it. We sat inside near the register by the closed window on the south side in the restaurant.

Definitely a tourist vibe with some locals. Was surprised that a party of 12 had no wait! Staff was great and on top of things. Food was pretty good and well cooked.

Please don’t waist your time and hard earned money, they just don’t care. They added on to the place in Cape Coral but they cut the staff. You have got to be kidding me, 15 minutes to get a beer and then after waiting over 15 minutes to order my second beer and food I had enough!! I payed for my beer and walked out!! You should be ashamed of yourselves and where is the Manager, no where to be found. The place is a joke anymore!!! Everyone around me had to wait a minimum of 10 minutes to get service!!!
