I started eating mine and found a long blonde hair in it.
After a giggle the server apologised and made me a fresh one.
the toilets were filthy, and the place lacked a cleanliness.

Took family to ice Cream Club if Cape Coral twice and both times did not disappoint. They have a lot of delicious flavors to choose from and a great number of options for the setup of cones and so on. Prices are good and service is excellent. I highly recommend getting your sweet tooth fix here!

I've been taking my kids to this place for the last 8-10 years at least. . It's still their favorite place and one is a teenager and the other is a pre-teen. The atmosphere is nice and casual, and the shop and sitting area is clean. It's become a tradition to go around our birthdays. I've always had good service. Once in awhile there might've been an off day, but overall, the service has been good and it beats other places I've been to. We always loved the quality of the ice cream. Considering the quality, I never looked at their prices. Plus if you buy their membership, there's a discount. The ice cream itself is dense and the flavors tastes authentic. My favorite flavor of all time is "Red Velvet Cake." It's not there all the time, but they let you request your favorite flavor over the phone or in person and they call you back when it comes in. I make it a point to request for it when I know I go there with my family and buy a quart of it for myself. Overall it's been a pleasure being there over the years and we look forward to going there for years to come.
So, I ran in just two minutes before closing time as the door was unlocked. As I expected, things were shut down and the staff was ready to go home. But, they were kind and gracious and scooped my single scoop of cappuccino chip. The ice cream was great and the kindness of the staff made for a good experience.
