IL Primo Pizza & Wings

I came in and bought two personal pizzas and your GM Jeremy had a customer yell at him and put his finger in his face. Your GM was polite in telling the customer to stand down and would refuse service if he didn’t stop yelling. The customer ignored him and continued yelling and was denied service and left yelling and cursing. I have to honestly say he handled the situation really well, especially since with other customers there watching this unravel.

We tried peloton after being in CC for 20 years , the pizza was under baked , so many more places to go to we will not be back , ss el primo you can do better

Went in to pick up some wings and it is such a sweet place. Very at home feeling when you walk in. The service was so on point, the manager Jeremy did his thing. Very professional and made me feel welcomed. And can I just say the wings were fire. I will definitely be going back. Keep up the great work guys.

We ordered take out for lunch from Primo. The food was fire!

Wings: we ordered 20 hot wings and the flavor was there but it seemed like every flat was broken. Ranch was heavenly

Jalepeno Popper: these were great! Just wish there was more Jalepeno to cream cheese ratio. Delicious nontheless

Bosco Stix; these were a show stopper! They’re just normal bosco sticks but they smother it in a garlic butter sauce that just takes it to the next level. The marinara was also pretty fire!

Overall a great place for lunch .

My family has bad allergies, but Sophia and Anthony made sure that the food didn't contain anything. They were also super nice and friendly will be back again!

We have now ordered from Il Primo three separate times, ordering a variety of their apps and pizzas.
We have been CONSISTENTLY IMPRESSED with the quality, taste portion sizes, and price.
We LOVE pizza (not PJ/Dom/LCsr) - but PIZZA, and we try a LOT of different places. After three in a row that knocked it out of the park - it's gona be a hot minute before we move on.
Wings - Double crispy, served wet and STILL crispy!
Poppers - perfect
Fried pickles - OH MY
Fried Mac/Cheese - OH MY x2!
Fried mushrooms - YUMMY
Garlic Knots - soft, not over powering, very flavorful dough
Did we mention the pizza?
We like this place, two thumbs up.

I've been coming to this specific location for years and I've always LOVED the food so that's 5-stars for me. Recently, I noticed there was a change in management and I can definitely say that I've noticed a lot of differences. The food is always made to my liking, proportions are generous, always on time, etc. When I do decide to dine-in, which is very rarely, Jeremy always manages to make the experience enjoyable! He's very attentive and always manages to check in on the diners. Even my mom commented the same experience when she dined in with her boyfriend and my little brother a few weeks ago and I appreciated her telling me. (She would write a 5-star review of her own but her English is limited?). It's nice to see the staff cares and pays attention. Thank you, Jeremy, and your team for always providing awesome service! Will definitely keep coming back. ^-^

Had such an amazing dining experience there yesterday. The restaurant is clean, the food was so tasty and the service was so great. It was so nice seeing the manager, his name was Jeremy, at the realms greeting customers and taking our orders. Additionally it was very refreshing to see him go to the tables making sure all of us customers were doing well and enjoying our food. I will definitely be going again. Great job.
