I wanted to give this place a good review. Because the server was so nice . But The best thing I can say is get the croquetas. The café con leche was on time as were some of the pastries. But the lechón left much to be desired.. it was dry so much so that I didn't finish it . The papa rellena was frozen in the middle twice . I couldn't eat it . It was frozen solid . So it was somewhat of a let down .

Kid-friendliness: The server was the saving grace .. she tried to make things right

The worst part about this business is the customer service. I’ve came here so many times and the cashier always has an attitude. She’ll just stare at you without saying I’ll be right with you. You will be waiting a while to get serviced. Their SEÑORITAS are the worst I have ever had. Literally some dry puff pastry sheets with powder sugar. Those things are supposed to have a vanilla filling because they’re naturally dry. These people might go out of business when VICKY BAKERY comes to town accross the street.

The place offers good food and affordable prices, I have been there more than 10 times and I can give my opinion with confidence, the staff is changeable, sometimes very good and other times not so much, for example my father-in-law only speaks English and I tried to talk to the waitress and she only said no English and she left 🫢, other days I have had super good experiences with super friendly waitresses, but for example today I went at 9:20pm and they close at 10pm they told me yes I wanted something to take away, which seems exaggerated to me because I had 40 minutes to eat, but the strangest thing is that I had already eaten at that time on another occasion at the place with some friends... new year, new policies I guess 😅

Este fin de semana tuve la oportunidad de visita Cape Coral y estuve en J & J Paradise Bakery. Lo recomiendo 100% por la calidad de los productos y el excelente servicio que ofrecen. Visitelo, no se arrepentira.

My girlfriend and I visited J&J around 8:45PM, looking to have a pastry and coffee, but our experience was incredibly disappointing. None of the pastries were labeled, so we asked the employee at the counter for assistance. She initially claimed she didn’t speak English, so I used a translation app to ask about a specific pastry. To my surprise, she responded in perfect English with, “I don’t know,” then proceeded to look back down at her phone. We waited, thinking she might use a translation app or try to assist us further, but instead, she appeared to be scrolling through social media, ignoring us entirely. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking and unlike anything we’ve experienced in this area. It’s clear that management needs to review their customer service policies and provide training to ensure that employees are prepared to assist customers respectfully and competently. This was an unacceptable experience.

I just wanted to give a good review for your place. It was recommended by a friend and I am glad I stopped by today . Food was delicious the congri was very savory the plantains were to my liking and the pork very well seasoned. The place is very clean and inviting the service is great and the variety of pastries is excellent. I will recommend to anyone that like cuban food.

Normal breakfasts. Haven’t try the lunch. Music is too loud inside for type of businesses and inappropriate content on screen from music videos.

The food is not the best but compared to the price acceptable. Terrible service, I have been there several times and it has never been the best attention. But last time I left so disappointed that I won't come back anymore. The girl forgot to put a part of my order I told her that if everything was there, she said yes, I picked up my bags and left when I got they missed the sandwich. My bad!!! for not checking bag by bag before. Besides, they never gave me the receipt, my bad too for not checking what they charged me. I ended up feeling ripped off!!!
