We always order a half gallon of italian ice online for a pickup or go there during lunch when its not busy.I just called and they claim they never provide this service and refused to do it for me unless I did a door dash which is double the cost. They told us they do not sell half gallons of Italian Ice and never did which is not true because I picked up 2 half gallons there in the past week in person.So we go in person to the store and ask to purchase a half gallon which is on the menu and the 2 employees with curly permed hair claim they don't sell it and never have sold it.We decided to purchase 2 quarts of black cherry ice. It tasted totally different than it did when we purchased the half gallon early in the week as well as the orange which also had no flavor.Not sure what happened in the course of a few days but not only does the product lack any flavor but it was so hard you needed a chisel to take a bite out of it unless you let it thaw out for 15 minutes.Very disappointed in the service and the products. It appears the staff needs to be trained better!

Very fast service, delicious! I will say that I've visited several other locations, and this one assembled my gelati a little to quickly so it was sloppy. The Italian ice in my sugar cookie was a bit too frozen and not quite the consistency I'm used to. Overall it was still delicious, I just feel like they could have taken a little more time to make the gelati a little nicer.

Been very hit and miss the last few months. Several times we've come here during regular business hours and they were not open. Sometimes there's a sign on the door stating they're closed, and other times just locked doors. The ice cream temp and quality is inconsistent as well. Usually a good mix that holds up through the duration of enjoying the treat but sometimes it's melting within a couple minutes of receiving it. Not a big deal for mixes in a cup but pretty tragic for a child's soft serve cone that is prepared 8 inches over the cone top and melting moments after receiving it. We like it here and were strong supporters when they first opened but the reliability and quality have declined through the summer (2023). Hopefully they can turn it around and improve. In the meantime, set your expectations accordingly on your next visit.

Waited at the window for a little under 5 minutes before being acknowledged. The ice cream is usually pretty good, if they have what’s available on their menu, which doesn’t seem super often :-/

The bathrooms are completely filthy, and the actual ice didn't even taste good 0/10. also people at the front were lowkey rude. def dont recommend coming here ? i wish i cld put 0 stars but the app won't let me anyways bye ✌?
