Made an online order which I have done dozens of times before with never an issue. When my order never came I called and spoke to someone named Tim, he was rude and unprofessional! I really enjoy jets pizza but will not order from you again
Extremely rude delivery driver. He refused to deliver my food to my door because last time he did that in an apartment complex his car was stolen. He tossed my order on the trunk of his car and said " you don't know why I do this"! Tip and delivery fee is $12 and that's the service you're providing? The manager on duty then says I'll credit you $5 on your next order. This is unacceptable and should've been handled differently!
We're visiting from Pennsylvania and have gotten pizza from here twice this past week.
SOOO good!!! The 8 corner pizza is where it's at!!!!
