I go to this location almost every single day. Yesterday bought my favorite tuna sandwich and paod $25 and change. Unfortunately, i only have big bills. The cashier said they dont have a change but the guy who makes the sandwich took my bill and saod they can change it at the office. Went in again today and ordered 3 sandwiches that totalled to $38. I gave a big bill and the cashier said they dont accept big bill. Staff started giving me an attitide when im explaining what happrn the day before that I dodnt have a problem and they simply took my bill and gave me change. Staff started saying their piece, one said rules is rules (so rude). The other said we dont accept period! How rude they are wherein the day before i never had a problem. I worked at the health dept and the way the restaurant look, the staff should be busy cleaning instead of being rude, disrespectful and gave customers an attitude. This location should close down.

If I could give zero stars I would. Jimmy John’s used to be a great alternative to greasy burgers. Now that they use uber to deliver, you get soggy sandwiches and watered down soft drinks. Never again will I order from them. It took 50 minutes when my office is 15 minutes away.

Meat tasted funny 2nd time. Maybe storage or cleaning cross contamination I don’t know but typically not bad. Service however bad. 1 person and 1 on phone.. drive thru seems to be priority staff had attitude.

I like Jimmy John's sandwiches and I usually got there twice a month. Tuna salad sandwich is my favorite. I normally use app. order but nothing problems. Staffs are always nice and friendly but i never go inside the store, so not sure the store looks like.

The beach club is $9, for double meat it’s 16.99, when u ask for double meat they give you 2 more slices of turkey. This is a great spot if you want to pay $17 for a bread sandwich. And you got Malik in the back staring me down in the drive thru window all the way from the sandwich making counter when he should be making sandwiches, go make your sandwiches Malik ain’t nobody paying attention to you

Second time to the Cape location and this has to be the absolute worst Jimmy John’s in Lee County… Every. Single. Employee in the store had attitudes- whether it was the drive throughs unwhich orders, the dude slicing meat, or the girl who rang me up; all unpleasant and unhappy people and the customers see, and hear it. There was trash and sealed chip bags over the floor, chip drawers open and needing closed so people don’t trip or bust their shins- and as if the gross attitudes and messy place isn’t enough, they are skimpy on freebies and paid for extras! LOVE Jimmys but will sadly only support the FM locations going forward.
