This is easily one of the most family-friendly and welcoming Kava bars I’ve been to. Everyone behind the bar is always so welcoming , informative and extremely friendly. One of main reasons I keep coming back is Alex—one of the bartenders. He’s always friendly, quick, and handles the whole bar like a pro, even when it’s packed.
During my last visit, the place was full and Alex was working solo, serving and cashing out everyone with a great attitude. Unfortunately, we witnessed someone (not sure if it was a manager, they were in normal clothing) speak down to him and say, “It’s just a drink, it’s not a big deal,” in a really rude tone. Totally uncalled for, especially considering how hard Alex was working.
That moment aside, this place is awesome—and Alex is a huge part of why. He deserves all the respect for what he does. Shout out to Alex and the whole Kava Culture family, you guys are AWESOME!!!

Drinks are overpriced. The kava is excellent, the kratom not so much.
Atnosphere and vibes are nice. Space is clean and well maintained, though a bit cluttered. Amatuer live performances, board games, poorly maintained pool table available free of charge.
As far as kava bars go, this one is similar to Quinteassence Lakeland. Very diverse crowd and staff, LGBTQIA+ friendly.
Pets, children, and teens are a common sight here.
I didn't feel particularly welcome, staff and regulars did not go out of their way to strike up conversation with me.

Service is friendly, atmosphere is amazing. The kava is good but their kratom tea is insanely watered down to the point you don’t even feel it. For the price you would expect more. Every other bar I’ve gone to is not only cheaper but gives quality tea and not just mixer. I won’t be returning.

I had the day off and wanted to try something new! Tired of alcohol and negative bar atmosphere! From the minute you walk in the energy is amazing! I tried several of the kratom and kava drinks! Amazing! So relaxing and everyone there are so genuine from the staff and my guests! This is my new go to place! I also was able to purchase drinks to go! Please don't hesitate to try this place! Also the pizza place next door has awesome pizza and food a delivers to the bar!!!

Alex was taking care of me and my friend and we were relatively new but he was very knowledgeable and explained to us everything on the menu. He left us with a wonderful experience. His energy and uplifting personality was a treat all in its own.

Worst customer service possible, put in an order as soon as I came in to the lady kava tender. Waited for around 20 minutes for my order and it never came, when I followed up regarding my order the kava tender said that I never put in an order and that she forgot. Not once during the 20 minutes of me sitting there did she follow up with me or ask if I needed anything. If she forgot, she could’ve asked me my order again or if I placed an order but did nothing. Go somewhere else where they know what they are doing

The waitress was an absolute idiot. We ordered our drinks and waited 25 minutes and when we finally asked her where the drinks were she said she didn't remember it was ordering. This happened to two people. She also was very forgetful and was letting drinks poor while she was doing other
