I visited this KFC location for the first time today and ordered a two-piece dark meat meal.
Not bad same taste as any other KFC .
The cashier provided excellent and patient service while I deliberated my order.
The visit was highly satisfactory.

Don't normally use this location, but today it was close by. Ordered online for a pickup meal. When I got there I noticed at during what's usually a lunch rush at places, there was only a single customer inside and no one in the drive through at 12:15pm. Odd, but whatever. Then inside only saw one staff member, who once he finished his task assisted me briefly. My pickup order was prepackaged and sealed with a receipt of contents and my name on it. Easy enough. Grabbed my bag, which said on it "1 of 1" and went home. Opening up the bag, I was rather surprised to see that I had the sides, deserts, biscuits, but no chicken at all. Tried to call the store but the phone just rang and rang for minutes with no answer. Drove back, and showed them my receipt and explained the situation. They gave me the chicken I ordered originally and said a grand total of "Oh...sorry".
Seems like there is a lack of management oversight here and the staff is checked out. I get it's a fast food job, worked one myself when I was younger, but running a location like this is a wonderful way to run it into the ground.
All in all, I would recommend avoiding this location. Not a food issue (as far as I've noticed so far), but a lack of give-a-shit. Which makes me wonder how the cleanliness is and other such standards for any level of food industry.

Well, unfortunately it's no longer right for us. Unfortunately the quality has decreased a lot ☹️ our wings were very dry, greasy and lukewarm 🫣🫣🫣 we had a lot to do with our stomachs after eating them. The salad was okay. So we will avoid this store in the future.

I got the five piece tender box they gave me tiny tenders. I tried calling and no one ever answers the phone here so if anything’s wrong with your order, don’t expect for a manager to address the issue.

I wanted to try the famous bowl and it was pretty good but I was concerned of one of the staff's smell, a tall white guy that took my order smelled REALLY bad... his shirt was also ripped. I think hygiene is indispensable for a serving food job.

I’m not impressed with this location. I have been to it numerous times but I usually go through the drive through except for today I wanted to go inside and sit down and enjoy my lunch. Well I had to use the bathroom so I went in and it was not clean at all. Also when I got my food it was cold and the chicken was rarely m and had blood leaking out of it so I didn’t eat it in fact I got up and said something to the lady at the counter and she said that she couldn’t do anything about it and that the manager wasn’t there at the moment so I told her that I would never eat there again. So this is not the first time that I’ve gotten chicken that was under cooked. I don’t recommend eating at the Del Prado Blvd. Cape Coral FL location I now have to drive clear over to Santa Barbara KFC to get my food when I want chicken.

We had the crispy chicken sandwich, and we both thought it was really good. We enjoyed it! The order on the app said it was ready but took an additional 10min to make but we don't sweat the small stuff.
The team was amazing making sure that everyone had a great experience. Thank you!

Unfortunately not a KFC you should eat at. Staff was friendly but the wait for food was over 20 minutes and still didn't get our food. Went thru drive thru at 8:35 and they had us park to wait. Went inside at 9 and they hadn't even started making the chicken. There was one car there ahead of us waiting & parked for food but they didn't get their order yet either. Asked for a refund & they did it with no issue. Smell inside was horrendous and there was no food made. Heading to Culver's b/c their reviews are excellent.
