The people who work here ignore you and really do not care about your order. You can literally sit and wait for it and pray that they will not give you the wrong order.

Do not ever go here! Prices are horrible asked for extra chicken they literally gave me three extra little nuggets and on top of that I spoke with the manager she didn't seem to care that whoever packed my food packed it in correctly so when I opened it it exploded everywhere she didn't even offer an apology and then she closed the door in my face. Definitely will not be eating here again

I ordered an 8 piece meal online. I picked it up and got it home and I was shorted 2 pieces. I call the store and she said I just come and pick it up. When I went back I stood at the counter for 5-10 minutes with 5 employees scrambling around in back ignoring the counter and 3 customers waiting on food. When they finally brought food to a customer I told the Employee that I called and she looked at me like you really came back. Sorry if I pay for something I feel I should get it. Just all around disappointed in this store.

Told no.points per pd cash.
Chicken strip were for a Senior. Not edible- saud it was stringy and tough like boiled rubber. Side was ice cold.

Should be zero stars. First this place is disgusting and dirty. They will get your order wrong 9 out of 10 times. Then they try to tell you they have you the right order. Horrible ride staff. Then the food is cold and how the heck do your burn chicken tenders? What's is this and I would never eat it. Food went in garbage. Complain to corporate and no one cares, no call back. Nothing... Zero concern for customer service.

I order crispy chicken. It was saggi inside and had bleed , no cook right. I did drice throufht so is no a way im driving back. Disapointed. Plus comno 7 three peaces does not come with no even one chi ken brest so the two tights were terrible inder xook
That one day I got my order, the biscuit was so hot and good. The chicken was ok not too crispy but it is soft and nice meat, however a little on the salty side but they got my order ASAP 🙌

No straw lemonade was yellow water and I ordered a number one with extra crispy and breast instead of the drumstick and agreed to pay more and I got a normal number one when I got home

I live right behind this KFC. I am done giving it chances, everytime I go i have to ‘pull over’ to wait for my food. Went inside and saw a bunch of orders on the screen hitting over 30 minutes. THIS IS EVERYTIME I GO!!! BEWARE!!!! This is unbelievable for the outrageous prices and mid food.

The service I received from the employee that helped me when picking up my order was a 5/5. 4 stars is due to other employees I saw working with other customers was not up to the same standard. Food was good, pretty much what you expect from KFC the chicken was not as fresh as the other ingredients in my fill up bowl causing it to lose some points overall the experience was good.
