Twice going in drive through. I ordered Chicken tenders. I get home .And it's bits and pieces. So today 2 25 2024 around 4:30 I went in to place take out. I explained the last two services. So I get my take out. Went home sat down. With suppose to be Chicken Tenders. And what did I get for the 3rd time. From same location. On Hancock in Cape CorL. Bits and pieces. Very cold. All fatty no meat end pieces. I'm Pissed!! Will Never buy from them again. There pictures certainly don't represent there food or quality!!

Our chicken bucket did not contain any beast parts, although they were advertised. I called the lication to complain to be told I'd have to go on line. I reached someone at the national office and was told I would receive a coupon to make up for the incorrect filling of my order. That was a month ago and there has never been a coupon sent. Frankly, the thighs I did receive were not what I expect from KFC. This lication was out of original recipe when I visited there. How does a KFC run out of their signature item. Never again.

I’m just disgusted, disappointed and hungry! I stopped at this KFC after getting off work. I asked if they had any dark meat left, since it was at the end of their night, and they said yes. So, I ordered a 3 piece, dark meat meal. After the 15 min drive home, I go to eat my dinner and got 2 breasts pieces (I don’t eat white meat chicken) and all three pieces were burnt to a crisp! Now, I didn’t realize I was going to have to pay $13.83 for mashed potatoes and a biscuit for my dinner! I won’t be back. Next time I will just go to Popeyes!

It saddens me to leave this 1 star review for a chain restaurant that I do love. Growing up I would choose KFC as my birthday dinner and looked forward to the “laptop” meal as well as the buffet. KFC no longer has the laptop meal and therefore does not have it displayed on their menu (obviously). I know they have closed most buffets as there are no longer Buffet signs at KFC locations with the buffet stations removed but I had read online there are still a small amount of KFC locations with a buffet however, not specified which locations. As I was driving I noticed a KFC I hadn’t yet been to with a big sign on the building reading “Colonels Buffet All You Can Eat”” along with the tall sign near the road which also read “Buffet All You Can Eat”. With a flash back to my childhood and tons of excitement I could not wait to go inside and finally enjoy the long awaited buffet. I opened the doors and could even see the buffet station labeled “HOT BUFFET” and “COLD BUFFET” just like they had always been. I was over the moon happy! Although, once again, I was quickly let down. As I approached the buffet station and could now see the entirety of the station I learned there was no hot nor cold buffet. The station had been filled with drink lids, straws, sauce packets and emptiness. All of my excitement went out the window and I was left with the question how that buffet sign is still outside misleading individuals like myself. KFC needs to correct their advertising if something is no longer offered on the menu. This location needs a new sign and renovations to their building to remove the buffet station. Very very misleading. Not a happy customer. I am let down every time I drive by that location and continue to see the signs for buffet.

The server at the register was just hired I can understand that but I ask for a 2 piece chicken white meat meal and it was not given to me and when I asked what happened she came back and asked for extra money to buy the extra price and she said she had to refund me everything and then order again I told her never mind?‍♂️?‍♂️
