We went there once a year when family visited for past 10 years, it used to be much better. The quality of the meat has gone downhill, the sauces they serve no longer have any zing to them, we make much better sauces at home with not much effort. The presentation of the chefs is good but used to be spectacular. We stopped going 2 years ago and will not return our bill was over $500 and it was not worth it. We expected more. I wrote a review of our visit and never had a response from management, so I have to assume they don't care.

I had a 10% coupon published from the Yelp site, but Kumo refused to honor it. You get the coupon if you let them know you are at the restaurant then, so they know you are a "helper". But, the restaurant manager refused to honor it saying it was from the Ft. Myers location even though it was the Cape Coral site. It all seemed VERY tricky to me over 10%. I don't need the 10%, but do not like to be cheated. Food was OK for this type, nothing special. Chef GiGi is an exception - he was a great showman.

My family’s waiter Marthin Sinaga was absolutely amazing. He made sure everyone was comfortable and got their orders correctly. Our Chef G was incredible. He is very talented in his cooking skills and made sure he even got my grandmas requests in her food. Highly recommend this restaurant.
The food was served cold, they took my $20 dish and microwaved it. And the taste was bland, like they watered down the seasoning. Won’t be returning. Spent too much money on bad food.

The food was very tasty ?. 1x ? + lobster, 3x ?+ ? , 1x ?+ chicken , 1x ?+ scallops . The salad, rice and vegetables were very plentiful. We will be back definitely .Kid-friendliness: Also a highlight for small children. We had a 3 year old girl and a 1.5 year old boy with us. Both children were thrilled ?
