I ordered a pizza vegetarian and a cheesesteak gave the teller my address three times. She said that was correct. Driver called me and said I'm here at your address. I walked outside. Driver was not there. Call driver back driver was at a different address. Driver said he would be here in 10 minutes. Unacceptable spoke with manager. As for discounts, since it's been over 45 minutes for delivery plus the 10 minutes they're going to be late. Unacceptable. Will never order from you guys again 😔😔😔

I had such a great experience at Lenny’s Grill & Subs in Cape Coral! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served just the way a Philly cheesesteak should be: hot, cheesy, and absolutely delicious. But what really made the visit stand out was Nathan. His friendly attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care for making sure everything was perfect took the whole experience to another level. It’s not every day you get service that makes you feel like a valued guest, and Nathan nailed it. Highly recommend stopping in here for the amazing subs and the top-notch service.

Dropping in on Saturday evening, no wait, place was empty other than a pickup order while I ate.

Ordered the 10” Cheesesteak with mushrooms added as an up charge, plus the meal.

The cheesesteak was traditional style, same as Jersey Mikes which I’d put as direct competition menu wise. The sandwich was good, filling even, but the mix of meat was dryer than I’d prefer on the upper half which lacks flavor, the lower third portion having the cheese was much better. The negative is the lack of overall flavor to the meat, positive being a little more healthy with less cheese and oil. The portion of meat was good, though I was expecting more for the mushroom I ordered, not even really visible.

Staff were nice and friendly. Given how slow they were I would’ve expected more effort to clean tables or the drink area, but likely just waiting to do it at closing.

Overall, pretty comparable to Jersey Mikes, average cheesesteak faire, but convenient if you’re shopping at the mall with plenty of seating and parking outside.

#1 Complaint, get rid of the giant sized paper straws and bring back tried and true plastic ones. The paper straws make the drinks taste awful, oversized, and start falling apart.

#2 Portions on added ingredients should be larger, mine may have been an exception, but didn’t add flavor or anything extra.

Stopped in for a quick bite while out shopping. No wait, big seating area. Multiple workers so food came quickly. The cashier answered all our questions and walked us through everything and another staff jumped in a couple of time, pretty happy to help. I had the deluxe club Lenny’s way and she had the chicken Philly. Both sandwiches were tasty and made perfectly. They bring the food to your table and offer further assistance if needed. Nice selection of none soda drinks as well. Definitely will return.

Today's experience was fantastic, my husband and I walked in, ordered off the kiosk which was easy, I was handed our cup, we got a drink then sat down quickly, waited only a few minutes to receive the best Philly ever...my bread was amazingly soft and the hoagie pretty much dissolved into my mouth as I ate every last bite. It was very very good and I'll be back very soon.

Jewels took our order and she was very professional and friendly just like we've come to expect. If you're looking for a great sandwich served up in a clean, welcoming kitchen then Lenny's is always a hit. We've been eating there for years and have always been happy with the food, portions and prices.

The hot Italian sub was not good. Hardly any meat (the meat is cut paper thin). The piece of cheese was cut super thin too. When I asked a woman making the sandwiches if that was all the meat they put on the sandwich, she replied yes. I felt like it did not matter that I wasn't happy with the sandwich. Not worth my money.
