I want to give a big shout out to Shawna at the cape coral Chiquita store tonight. She was cool under pressure when their computer system went down causing delays in wait times for customers but she reset the system, rallied her crew and made it happen! Great leadership and customer service!

Takeout was ordered early afternoon. Takeout was ready 15 min later than order beside no crowd waiting. Pizza was overbaked

Lack of customer service. Refused to reply after I asked “how are you”. Was told they didn’t have the pizza, breadsticks, 2 liter combo when I have ordered that from multiple other locations in the past. The employee also didn’t say anything when he brought my order out after I had said “thank you I appreciate it”, he then proceeds to go to the corner to get on his phone. If you hate your job and hate being in something that has customer service then find something else?!? Not hard to show some common decency and say “hello, how are you” back. Ridiculous service. Not that my opinion matters, but I won’t be dining at this location anymore.

Pizzas don't even have any sort of color on them. It appears as if they put it in the oven for 5 minutes then took it out. Also, on top of that, they didn't supply us with any sauce which was paid for. Horrible.

I ordered delivery through the Little Caesars app, the app bugged and gave the driver the wrong address. I called the number in the app and they won't refund. Never order delivery from Little Caesars.

We had ordered extra pepperoni their normal menu that is extramost bestest. But the employee Shaunna A. claims that it doesn't have the extra pepperoni, it says on the website it has extra pepperoni and she said it's just regular pepperoni. So she extra charged me more than what was advertised. I tried to explain to her that's not what was advertised and she still didn't give me the money back.

Pizza is always excellent. Prices are great. John is one of the dudes who works there and is super helpful and friendly. Getting customer service at fast food place is unheard of these days so people like John are noticed. It makes me keep coming back. We come here anytime we don’t feel like cooking but don’t want to break the bank.
