WOW just released from the hospital sick as a dog w/a 102 fever and the wife says I want pizza. Everyone's heard the commercials HOT AND READY pizza right? Why would I expect anything less. Enter the Hancock location, we walked in and placed an order for 1 pizza and a 2 liter. She told us 5 min. I have no problem with that so I waited in the car. 10 min went by then 20 min and finally after 30 minutes went by I honked for the wife to come out I was feeling really sick. Never hot n ready. Little store can't keep up. Same excuses.
We called and placed an order today for 4 pizzas and 3 crazy breads they tell us it will be 15min we go to pay for it and it isn't done they say well we waited and waited and waited 40 min went pass. Finally they said your pizzas have been done but we are waiting on crazy bread which will be another 5 min because we gave yours away because we got slammed well u should of made them wait because I called and placed my order.
