I ordered a couple pizzas and they were both nearly cold. One had the wrong toppings and the other had barely any sauce.

We normally order at this location. Tonight we placed an order and I guess they were busy and it took an hour. No biggie. My wife said the female manager was being rude to employees and customers and one employee said the manager was in a mood tonight. We got home and noticed they didn't cut the cheese bread or added seasoning. I called them to see if they would just give us a credit for the next time because we live 15 minutes away and we didn't want to wait again. The employee tried but his manager Shawn who was too lazy to come to the phone said I had to drive back tonight. That meant I would of been eating cold pizza. Poor customer service is what Shawn brings to the table. Shawn wouldn't be working for me.

Been to this location several times and seems to have the same issues consistently.

Placed an order over the phone for a single pepperoni pizza. 25 minutes in, and another customer walks inside and orders her pizza. She amazingly was able to receive her pizza despite us having inquired about the status of our order and having not yet received it. 45 minutes later, after other customers and DoorDashers received pizza, and inquiring yet AGAIN, the worker finally found our pizza sitting in the hot box for who knows how long.

Pizza was dry and seemed old barely any sauce and sauusage dried out and the cheese tasted like it sat in the fridge unconvered. . Ordered via grub hub for convenience. Per manager bring it back. Not happening as not traveling across town to bring back 2 dried out supreme pizzas. Get a qualified manager! We order all the time this is first occurrence...Will get our pizza now somewhere else!

I ordered a pizza from your restaurant for delivery, but it never arrived. Upon investigating, I found that it was delivered to the wrong address. I called your customer service and was told that I couldn't get a refund or redelivery because the delivery and billing addresses were different. I asked to speak to a manager, but was kept on hold until the call dropped. When I called back, I was again told that I couldn't get a refund or redelivery. I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of assistance from your team. As someone who is still recovering from the recent hurricane in Florida, it's devastating to have the only means of feeding my children taken away due to an error on your part.

I will never be coming back to this location ever again. I waited 45 mins for something that was said to cook for 8. The manager didn’t even acknowledge the fact that I had been there for so long and was on her cellphone the entire time. The girl who took my order clearly announced what it was to the back when it was initially taken. When I finally got my food home to eat it wasn’t even freshly made as if they gave me an order that had been already sitting before handing it to me. Horrible experience!

Would be so much better if you could get consistent food and service, but it’s hit or miss depending on what day it is. I’ve read several complaints about the bread orders and I completely agree with them. Ordered crazy bread and it barely had any seasoning on it? Tasted like microwaved dough. Cheesy bread is never made right. Customer service is spotty at best. Would be a great place if it was consistent.

They will charge you for extra cheese when you order it.. but they do not put extra cheese on the pizza.

Easy go-to for pizza.
