We come here often. The staff is really nice. Our Waiter/ Bartender Joe is awesome! He made me the best dirty martini ever! His waiter and bartender skills go above and beyond. Joe is friendly, checked on us frequently, he gave us great service. My husband and I just can't brag on him enough. The atmosphere is really nice too. Get your seafood and drink fix here!

Absolutely amazing! One of the best restaurants around! Sushi, lobster dip and the tower were to die for!! If ever we are back in the area, this is our 1st STOP!!
Today was seated right away, but had 3 tables seated after us that had their water delivered before anyone even came to our table. Finally had to go to reception area to bring it to their attention. One table even had their drinks and ordered their dinner, and they had been seated after us. Apparently no waiter/waitress was assigned to our table. Later management said that our drinks ($15) would be compensated due to the error on their side. That was not taken off our bill. We just paid our bill and said that we wouldn't bother bringing it to their attention. It was a 4:30 pm seating, which a number of the tables had been empty when we were seated. I'm disappointed because this used to be one of our 2 favorite places. We have found during the last few years, that they are busier than ever - and it is better to come early. In addition, often the waiting times are so long that we give up and end up going else where. They are very popular now, compared to 7 years ago when we first moved here. When initially waiting to check in- the family ahead of ours had done a call-ahead seating, which was lost. So that family ended up waiting longer to be seated too. What is going on?
I bought four dozen little neck clams for good Friday 2024, of those, over half were dead or did not open upon steaming. Very disappointed. I should have stuck with my go to places, Island Crap Company in Saint James City,but I have a gift card I'm using up. This is NOT the first time I have had a problem at lobster lady.
