Went to Long Horn tonight for my friends birthday there was 20 of us. We made a reservation a week ago. I always thought highly of long horn but tonight was very disappointing. From the very beginning our server Lisa was annoyed and not happy to have business in her restaurant. No manager stopped by to check on our big party. But there was one present on the floor.
Other servers delivered our food. We had to ask for refills. Whenever we asked for things such as sauces. Butter or refills Lisa would roll her eyes to everything. Very disappointing and her tip was reflected due to poor service. It is off season you guys need to put some work into your customer service and hospitality.

Dont come to this location after 8:30pm, the front desk Lady told me and my family (3 kids and 5 adults) that we cant be seated, because there’s only 2 waiters ( which is a lie because there’s like 5-6 employees there.)and also that’s not my problem, hire more people, put a sign or a note in the website so people dont waste their time going there. , empty desks in both sides of the restaurant. My recommendation to the restaurant, hire more
People .
We arrived at the restaurant around 6:00 on a Friday night. A short 15 minute wait. When we were seated at our booth, warm bread with just a hint of sweetness was waiting for us. The salads were fresh and the dressings delicious. Both our Outlaw Ribeyes were cooked to perfection, medium and medium rare. It melted in your mouth. The brussel sprouts and loaded potatoes were good too. Cocktails were good and the staff was attentive and pleasant.

The opening year was fantastic, but things have gone downhill since. Now it’s the same old chain restaurant issues: inconsistency, incorrect orders, missing items, and meals that don’t match the requested style or layout.
My latest visit was capped off with a hockey puck of a burger topped with a slice of plastic-looking cheddar that resembled mystery hieroglyphics more than cheese. The manager did comp the meal, which I appreciated, but it doesn’t fix the bigger issues.
Honestly, at this point, I’d rather have Ruby Tuesday’s back—it was at least edible.
Best Lobster and Filet Mignon in the cape.
Long time fan of this restaurant chain. Had the best baked potato soup! I get sirloin steak and baked sweet potato. It's always good. It's a fun restaurant full of groups and kids and couples.
Amazing
