The food was okay. We asked the server for water.We'd never got it. When I want to pay my bill the waitress decide on her own to tip herself without letting me know that she would be doing this process, people beware of self tipping waitress or waiters, it's unprofessional

We went to this restaurant and ordered the daily special which comes with 2 sides. Apparently not all items listed under the daily specials come with the sides as we were charged for them. I'm not sure how customers are supposed to know this as it wasn't indicated on the menu. The waitress could have informed us while taking our orders, but didn't. Instead she insisted that since the sandwiches were only offered under daily specials on the weekends, they did not include the free sides. How does that even make sense? This restaurant is more about false advertising and getting your money than providing a good experience. There are plenty of other Cuban restaurants around. Go there instead!

I’ve been coming to El Mambo Cuban Restaurant every day for lunch lately—it’s that good! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and truly authentic. Don’t go in asking about the $6.99 special. They have a big sign outside promoting the $6.99 special but when you go inside and ask for it they tell you “sorry we don’t offer that anymore” than take down the sign it’s false promoting
