I just had the WORST customer experience ever with MGR Chris B. Today is bogo Tuesday and I placed an order online Meanwhile when the order was being processed he called to tell me they had no spinach for my order so I asked for basil they said no I said artichoke they also said no so I agreed to mushrooms. When my order arrived there was only 1 pizza. So I called and asked him to either refund me or send me a new pizza. He said that if I wanted a new pizza I had to go pick it up on my own. So I said why did I pay a delivery fee for ? He was not interested and said he had helped out to many other people for him to help me and loose his job. I told him that it was sad to know that he was willing to lose a loyal customer because of their lack of customer service and their lack of responsibility with their ingredients for customers.

My son and daughter went in to pay for their pizza and the cashier Gabriella shorted them about $10. My husband went in to ask and without hesitation they said sorry and gave it back. It's sad that they would break a customers trust like that and take advantage of 2 kids. Makes you think what else they are capable of doing. You get what you give...

So this is our preferred location for Marcos Pizza. It is close to home for a quick pick up, but mainly because the pizza has always been good. Tonight’s pizza was absolutely delicious. Now don’t get me wrong this is no New York or Jersey style pie but for a Marcos Pizza it was super delicious. I ordered the sausage magnifico and add extra cheese and pepperoni strips with a garlic crust, my BF likes the plain cheese. My pizza was made perfectly and the old world sausage gives a real nice spicy kick. The toppings were loaded and the crust was pillowy soft. The location is usually busy but the service is pretty quick and the staff are friendly. If you are looking for a quick dinner and a tasty pizza then give this location a try. Great job tonight Marcos! 🙌🏼🎉🥳🍕

The first time I came here was a couple weeks ago, and I actually got a combination Pizza without onions or green peppers. Very delicious pizza, very thick. Very Hearty. Sticks to your ribs. Great pie.
Today, the time of this review, I liked their pizza so much, that I ordered it again. Plus I ordered a side of cheesy bread sticks. Everything is delicious. The staff is very professional, courteous. Very kind. Very patient with me and my questions.

This place really messed it up fir the last time!! Asked for pizza cooked to the way I'd want it, not only did they get the order incorrect, when i called to explain what happened the employee told me there is nothing they could do about it. Refused to correct the mistakes they made, also charging me over $30 for 1 xlarge pizza with pepperoni!!! SMH customer service has really gone down hill!!! Very disappointing!!!

I definitely would recommend but would recommend clarifying your order third time I've ordered and my order what's wrong and was told there's nothing they can do about it. and this may sound Petty but the fact I spent $30 for a two topping pizza and then when I called back realizing that they have a special and I wasn't told about it just kind of was the icing on the cake

The manager Michael needs to be better at customer service. I had a coupon for free cheese bread that expired today and he would not honor it because he said the survey was done a month ago and he wouldn’t know if I had use the coupon before. I hadn’t use the coupon and went today to get pizza and cheese bread because I knew today was the last day to use the cheese bread coupon. I don’t understand how Marcos gives out coupons that can’t be verified. Michael the manager knows that the problem is with the system yet he would not honor it.
