I just had the WORST customer experience ever with MGR Chris B. Today is bogo Tuesday and I placed an order online Meanwhile when the order was being processed he called to tell me they had no spinach for my order so I asked for basil they said no I said artichoke they also said no so I agreed to mushrooms. When my order arrived there was only 1 pizza. So I called and asked him to either refund me or send me a new pizza. He said that if I wanted a new pizza I had to go pick it up on my own. So I said why did I pay a delivery fee for ? He was not interested and said he had helped out to many other people for him to help me and loose his job. I told him that it was sad to know that he was willing to lose a loyal customer because of their lack of customer service and their lack of responsibility with their ingredients for customers.

My son and daughter went in to pay for their pizza and the cashier Gabriella shorted them about $10. My husband went in to ask and without hesitation they said sorry and gave it back. It's sad that they would break a customers trust like that and take advantage of 2 kids. Makes you think what else they are capable of doing. You get what you give...
