Masala Mantra - The Indian Bistro

Not impressed with the recipes and tried several curry dishes. Veggie dish had old mushy vegetables and another dish definitely had sugar added (Tika Masala). Even the Onion Naan was undercooked and tasteless. Prices are good, but the dishes? Not so much.

It’s just meh. I agree w the negative comments. Lacks spice and flavor. Consistencies are off. Very little portions. Does not having bursting flavor like Indian should have. No spice level at all not even mild. Tastes like Americanized Indian

I had such a wonderful experience here! The food was absolutely delicious—full of flavor and perfectly prepared. What really made the visit extra special was the service. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday. Our server Reuben was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find a place that gets both the food and the service just right, but this restaurant does. Highly recommend!

The food was delicious. I'm from Miami and we don't have anything like this there. Their buffet was very reasonable. The goat was amazing. The seasoning was incredibly. The eggplant and naan alone are worth going back for. The server was very kind. I plan to go back and try their other food next time I am in Sanibel. It's not far away.

This restaurant is positive in every direction. The service was timely and the staff attentive to our comfort/dining needs. We enjoyed the afternoon buffet - the flavor of each dish kept us rolling our eyes in delight with each bite, the taste was so good! It was fresh and the buffet displayed a complimentary variety. We will definitely be back again!

Wow, I've driven by this Cape Coral gem thousands upon thousands of times and never stopped in. My good friend invited me there for dinner so I decided to finally go. While slightly crowded the short wait was worth it. The apps and food were fantastic and the service was impeccable. Please don't miss out on this family run, authentic restaurant.

Great curry. Love the paneer masala but everything is actually really good.

Update: Masala Mantra added some new menu items and OMG they are good. They really upped their game with the Naughty Naan and Paneer Buhlji. Superb!

This is the BEST Indian restaurant I have EVER been to… I have been to many in London and this tops all of them. The garlic naan and tikka masala are my favorite things to order. If you’re in the area you’ve got to eat here. Go for dinner, it’s typically better than the lunch buffet. Absolutely worth every penny. My neighbors recommended it to me and I’m so glad!
