Whoever runs this location should be embarrassed. McDonald's themselves should be embarrassed. Never get orders right. Can't even say hello as they shove the wrong order in your face. Never a thank you. Not even managers know English.

People often wonder why employees are replaced with robots and AI. This location is an example of why it needs to be done.

I understand I'm doing it to myself by going here but they consistently mess up orders. Accuracy is not valued at this location and im interested in nothing but the discrepancy rate per transaction. On top of that, why hire people who don't speak a word of English to be your customer service representative? If this place closed I would clear my day and schedule to come watch this place get what it deserves. There is 0 accountability for messing up here so please do not waste your time or money because they will take both from you without getting what you ordered correct. Serious intervention is needed, and it would take Jesus Christ himself to come down to save this place. Don't believe me? Go see for yourself as words cannot describe how garbage this place is run.

unbelievably slow for dine in.
i walked out went through the drive through and then ate in. pretty fast.
other day waited 10 min inside for food.

Employee dosnt speak English took 15 mins to receive food after ordering if i wanted to wait id have went to a restaurant why do i get up charged for a small orange juice with breakfast? And then if i ask for soda i also get a up charge? What is included in the meal?

We orderd 1 coffee and they made us wait 18mins for my coffee cause they did not wanna come out untill the other peoples food wer ready. They had every drive through parking spot full of people and did not come out to give anyone there food till everyones was ready so they didnt half to go out more than once.

The most unprofessional place I have been in a long while. I had a online pick up for a service not to be named. They let me sit at the window no lie 30 mins.. Then they come on and say we're are closed...I said I have an order she says give me a few mins to make it... After I sat here for 30 mins..wow... A 5 dollar run that will take over an hour.... ACT LIKE YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR JOB. THERE IS SOMEONE OUT THERE THAT WILL DO IT BETTER AND CARE ABOUT YOUR Customers

Oct. 11 - I’m not giving the employees a bad review; I’m giving the ones who allowed there to be only 2 people working in the whole building at nighttime a bad review. Those poor employees were busting there A’s and customers were just complaining about how long their order is taking as if it’s not obvious that they’re doing their best. To the two employees- they had a great attitude and continued to put the work in regardless of how badly some customers were treating them.
