Can NEVER get the order right. I ask for plain sandwiches and they are NEVER plain. Ordered a shamrock mcflurry tonight and got a plain mcflurry with green syrup squirted on top, was the only one in drive thru so no excuse for the laziness spent $35 for me to have to do their job for them by removing sandwich toppings and stirring mcflurries

I typically swing through McDonald's for lunch with my work I have visited several locations throughout Southwest Florida from Port Charlotte to Naples and have never been denied the sale of a Happy meal toy separately I was purchasing food along with the 2 toys I am not a child so I do not eat such a small portion. I collect Pokemon with my child I always try and get a pack for me and him to open when I get home when McDonald's does the Pokemon promo. Very disappointed. I wasn't trying to buy everything they had like some scalper I just wanted a pack for me and my son to open together as part of our little father son ritual.

We were just stopping for a sundae. I don’t usually ever post a negative review but oh my gosh, lol, this was such a dirty location , I wouldn’t have fed my sundae to our dog. I just threw it out and grabbed something at the convenience store which was super clean and inviting. Just suggesting to maybe give things a wipe down now and again when you’re serving the public :)

Pull in for an egg McMuffin with no bun , and they dont have forks to eat their food with. Was offered a spoon , which is hilarious. Then when I look at my food the genius who apparently can’t even put a sausage patty and egg and cheese in the right order put 2 pieces of cheese on the bottom of the plate. Place is ran by a bunch of slow people.

Need to get the health department in here unannounced because their nuggets taste like they’ve been dipped in the toilet, the burgers are either soaked and scooped with grease or drier than the desert. The mcrispy was watery and mushy on the inside not raw but disgusting. They walk away when they give you your food and take other orders while you wait for a simple drink. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I’ll probably be sick from eating here today but it’s the last time. I don’t come here. I don’t spit my food out or complain about anything but the consistency of their mistakes and food handling skills have my stomach in a knot after 5 minutes from ingesting one bite of a McNugget that I spat out. Horrible

I have a nightmare story at this McDonalds. So I place my order and the place is a disorganized mess. A lady takes our order, then says to meet her at the window. A guy is at the window who has no idea what we ordered. They asked what I ordered again and again, and I correct them. We go to the window to pick up our food, and they get the order wrong. They start handing us an ice tea when we didn't even order one, so they took it back. We tell them that they charged us for things we did not even order. Instead of being polite and realizing they made a mistake, they want to argue about it. They are disorganized and yet for some reason they think we made a mistake. So we don't even want the food at this point. Who knows, for all we know, they could spit in our food, so we ask for a refund. They say we don't give refunds. They close the window and don't give us our food. We asked for a refund again and even talked to their general manager on the phone but they refused and didn't even give us our food . They took our money and didn't even give us the product we paid for. To me, they stole from me. I had to go through the credit card company to get a refund.I also called McDonald's headquarters and I am not sure if they helped get the refund. I hope no one has to go through what we went through here, and I recommend that you never try this McDonalds

I am very disappointed, not even mad anymore. Tell me how I put in a pick up order. I get there to pick it up. It’s not ready. I have to tell them what I ordered at the window after they tried to hand me someone else’s order and all I ordered was one caramel hot chocolate, and when I received the “hot chocolate”,it was just a cup of hot milk no whipped cream no drizzle not even the hot chocolate. It’s just a sad way to start my day

I was there and had to wait like 30 minutes on the drive thru just to get my order taken, the guy kept telling me to wait but the line 1 kept moving and new cars coming! Then they turned the speaker of the 2nd line where I was off so they couldn’t even hear me saying hello! I know if the 25th but there’s no way that you take that long and the cars were not even moving for like 10-15 minutes! If you’re going to open on this day you should have enough people otherwise just close it out! Then I had to move to the window to be able to order, I couldn’t get out of the line anyway as there’s cars in front and behind! Well another long wait! The whole purchase took me like 40-50 minutes!!! The phone number is also out of service! Unacceptable! On top of everything they gave me a Cherry coke when I asked for a REGULAR coke!

Stopped by on the way home from the hockey game. The gentleman that took our order was very nice, an professional. But after we were told to pull into the spot to wait for our food we discovered once we got it not only was it wrong but the fries were cold. I rarely eat there an it just reminded me why.

I first placed an order through Uber Eat, it was cancelled twice and so I decided to place an order through the McDonald's App, I checked that the store was open and after making the payment, I went to pick up my order. To my surprise, I arrived at the store and it was closed and all the lights were off. Where is my order??? Why are they charging me for something I didn't consume and also making me waste my time!!! Definitely a TOTAL lack of respect!!!

Phew, the worst Macie we've ever been to. Our drinks were accidentally touched by a customer from above and then put back down. We didn't get any new ones. The fries were soft and the fat was very old. Unfortunately we couldn't eat it and had to throw everything away. At least fresh fat should be standard at Mac Donald's. Unfortunately the drinks machine didn't work either.
