Terrible $24 experience. Ordered a Big Mac with double meat. They charged me for the extra patties but decided I looked too fat to give them to me. The McChicken and McDouble were hot and fresh but the chicken nuggets were cold, not cool or lukewarm warm but cold. So were the fries. I live 1 mile away so drive time didn’t affect it as is evident by the hot McDouble and McChicken. I didn’t get napkins or the BBQ sauce for the nuggets.
Served at 4:12pm and they were not busy no cars in drive through and a few in the lot. I even had to wait in the #2 drive through spot. I waited 2 minutes to get served cold food.

Ordered ahead tonight as out running errands. Used the mobile order/park. Food was out so fast, I was startled. Family ordered a double quarter pounder combo and 20 piece nugget. Each food item was piping hot‼️ just like I like it.

I typically don’t leave reviews but this is honestly ridiculous at this point. For the past couple months now every single time I go to this McDonald’s my meal is wrong or messed up.WITHOUT FAIL. A typical visit to this McDonald’s is about 45 minutes bc they make you wait in line so long when they could be parking people. Multiple times I ordered a Big Mac & asked for NO sauce & got extra or the other day I asked for a Big Mac no sauce & instead got an overload of their “special sauce” the workers sound like that hate their jobs, I had one guy say “you sure that’s it?” In a rude tone all because I had asked to add 1 thing to my order. Then today I ordered a mcchicken and said I wanted to be parked for them to drop it fresh, got to the window in 3 minutes & my food was ready & not fresh. Save your time & money & go to a different one. They need to take this one down.

I had an order of 5 different burgers! They didn't deliver one! When I called, they said to come pick it up, when I arrived, they didn't really want to cook it, and then they threw it at me like a dog! no apologies and even just being nice
