This was the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. After waiting in an unbelievably long line, I finally got my food—only to find it was cold and completely wrong. I specifically asked for add-ons, and they didn’t bother to include any of them. It was as if the staff didn’t care at all. The service was slow, careless, and unprofessional.

The service is terrible, they are very slow, I was in line for a long time and I left without the order. And the truth is, this is not the first time this has happened to me, I will consider not frequenting it anymore.

Who owns this Macdonald's?? They obviously don't care about customer service and are incompetent business owners! Went there and waited almost an hour because there was only one poor guy doing EVERYTHING because the manager screwed up the schedule. They all should be fired, except that lone employee, of course......

This is the worst McDonald’s in Cape Coral. The staff is rude and always messes up my order. Vagrants in the parking lot harass you. Today ordered 6 piece nuggets to go, got home and only 4 were in the box clearly marked 6. I will drive to pine Island rather than ever going to this one again!

Stopped for a late dinner on my way home from work. Ordered on mobile app from drive through at 11:18pm. Stuck in drive through and finally got food some 30+ minutes later. This location is understaffed, poorly managed and skip eating if this is your only option. I was handed this order without one word from their miserable employees and if I could have cancelled or escaped their drive through I would have left. Sad excuse of a restaurant, employees, and management. The food was at least fresh and hot.

Parking: Don't park or stop. Keep going across veterans to Burger King.

We ordered an oreo mcflury and it is now in a Chinese takeout box with the ice cream on the bottom an crushed oreos dumped on top they don't even mix it up anymore. What's next they gonna start just giving me a box a cup of cream an a few oreos an i will have to make it. Looks like I'm going to DQ from now on where they still actually make them for me

What a shame this location was fast. Now when i want a quick ice cream it takes 45 minuets in line. This is not a issue with staff being quick enough. Its the fact they are under staffed, First the day before thanksgiving they only had a staff of 3 running the store and now a few days later again only 3 people working. This shows that the new owner are trying to cut back on staffing to make more profits. Its unacceptable to have to wait over 30 minuets in the drive though line for a small order. This is supposed to be fast food. If i wanted to wait over 30 minuets i would go to a sit down restaurant and they would still be quicker then this place.

Stopped in for some McGriddles and hash browns for breakfast. Food was all nice and hot. It was a little slow but the food was hot and tasted great, so it was made fresh not sitting under a heat light. Staff was friendly, dining area was clean, easy in and out. Not sure what all the negative comments and 1 stars are about, seems like a normal McDonald’s to us.

There is not a store that I visit that has service that is worth it, and in the end the least to blame is the employees, because they barely have staff and they pay them crap, this usually happens when you do not prioritize your workers. Half an hour after finishing my Deluxe McCrispy, they bring the drink, of course I had to remind them, because they had already forgotten. And the order of Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese with Bacon, the bacon was forgotten or I think it was replaced by an immense amount of tomato and lettuce!! Total lack of respect and little care with the orders. We must give more opportunity to small businesses, than to these so famous and with such bad service.

Once again my order was wrong!! The first 2 item were correct, steak egg and cheese biscuits, but the next 2 items were 2 plain sausage biscuits - no egg no cheese(exactly the way I ordered them)but once I got home I had 2 steak biscuits with butter slathered on them and cooked onions!!! No sausage at all!! And the " fake steak" was so dry I couldn't even consider eating it! Not to mention the amount of butter on them was so thick it didn't even melt, I actually thought it was mayo at first!! I stopped going to this location about 3 years ago as the orders were always wrong no matter the time of day. But it's on my way home and I was asked to stop so I did. Won't make this mistake again. Still can't get it right even after 3 years!!

This McDonalds location is very much average caliber. Longer than usual waits for orders bigger than 2 items. Almost every time I am told to pull to a parking spot when there’s only 2-3 cars in the drive through. McDonald’s food is already not great, so having poor service is not a benefit. The only upside to this establishment is the cost
