This place does nothing but rob you, if you order double cheeseburgers, they give you a single patty and half a slice of cheese. And there was a cockroach in our bag. This place is disgusting. Avoid it all costs.

They have people that don’t speak English so your order is always wrong. Dont go unless your food is exactly as it is. They are my know what you don’t want on it cause they don’t understand.

The Robot With Human Hair

This is certainly one of the better McDonald’s in Cape Coral. That said, it’s still McDonald’s so don’t expect a dining experience. I’m mainly impressed that it’s clean and the staff are friendly. The bar as far as expectations is that low when it comes to fast food for me!

Everytime I get something here, there’s always items missing and I order through the app. Fries were the first thing on the ticket and they weren’t in the bag, how do you mess up orders you do every single days there’s screens and tickets with item lists. I don’t want to fill out feedback again get your mctroubles fixed.

I really try to be patient, but this location is making it hard. Every time I visit, I’m met with bad customer service and a staff that looks overwhelmed and undertrained. It’s clear they’re short on employees, but that doesn’t excuse the attitude or the lack of care.

What frustrates me most is that I never get my vanilla shake the way I ordered it — if I even get it at all. Either they give me the wrong flavor or the shake is half-melted and handed over like an afterthought. I’ve lost count of how many times this has happened.

McDonald’s needs to seriously invest in more staff, better training, and some quality control. I’m not expecting five-star service — just an order that’s actually right. Right now, even that feels like too much to ask.
