Just waited 27 minutes for our drive thru order. Finally pulled up just to be told the grill was broken and no orders were going out. None of the cars in front of us got their orders so I have 0 clue why we sat there that long. Thanks dude.

If I could give this store, zero stars I would. The service is very ridiculous and the people are very unfriendly that work there. They don’t make you feel comfortable and even when it’s their fault on a mess up, it’s still your responsibility apparently to fix it. They are not happy and they move as if it doesn’t matter to them what the customers think. Every time I’ve gone there, my order has been messed up And I had to go in to get it fixed. I will never go back to this store again. Horrible.

I'm a regular just about every morning. Watched a manger treat a employee like garbage today. Then i tried to speak with her about it and i was completley ignored. Not professional at all. The young man is always very polite and friendly. If this is how people are treated here I will not be returning.

This store says 24hr open but there's nobody at the drive thru at 3am. They change shifts around 3:45am to 4am im assuming and apparently are unable to take orders at that time.

I’m writing this while I’m literally sitting at this McDonald’s location (Pine Island Rd & 41), and I’m honestly shocked by the lack of basic customer service.

Simple things like a napkin, acknowledgment, or a “please/thank you” seem nonexistent here. There’s no sense of urgency, no decorum, no friendliness just people moving around with zero awareness of the customer standing right in front of them.

What’s frustrating is that this location has thousands of reviews, yet nothing seems to change. You hear about managers making serious money, but the front-line execution is embarrassing. There’s no pride, no training, no accountability.

I’m not asking for five-star dining—this is McDonald’s—but basic courtesy and competence should be the bare minimum. A simple “How are you?” or “I’ve got you” goes a long way, and it’s completely missing here.

It’s incredibly frustrating to see people struggling to find work while locations like this are staffed with employees who clearly don’t care. I don’t expect a response, because judging by the experience, no one is listening anyway.

Pulled up to drive through and waited for over 5 minutes and no one came across the speaker. Finally I drove to the windows and the girl is just standing there watching a video on her phone.

Id give zero stars if I could what you doing sell this franchise your manager are clueless every grub hub order is always wrong duet coke we don't drink that why you out Jake's soda in our bag.. Even at the location foods old precooked please explain why you can't keep it fresh laziness pure laziness 15 hour for what trash food always, this was last chance here no wonder 3 stars

Was yelled at because the code on app was for points. Wouldn't honor my Points AGAIN. When I told them it wouldn't work, they tattled to the mgr and was barked at again for the same issue. Told me i was holding up the line 4 askingv4 help. I left crying

I’ve had repeated problems at this location. Once, the cashier tried to keep my change because they were low on coins. if you want donations, ask, don’t just assume.

My orders are also constantly wrong: today my burger had enough mustard for five sandwiches and no ketchup at all. The nuggets were the only thing right. It also feels like unless you speak Spanish, you’re ignored at the counter.

To top it off, there are panhandlers outside almost every time. Overall, not a pleasant place to stop.
