You don’t wanna go here every time you go here you order something you don’t get what you asked for you asked for hot fries. You might get warm if you’re lucky I get mine in and gave them back and I said I don’t want them. I’m tired of ordering something and not getting what you asked for. I won’t be back.

Two cars in the drive thru and 4 in the parking lot. Got a cheeseburger for myself and a kids meal for my daughter. No sauce, no toy, and 4 stale fries. Now I’ve got a toddler throwing a tantrum and I can’t go back to correct the mistake tonight. I was assured the sauce was in there and I double checked what kind of toy they had at the window because she’s been excited for the squishmallow toys all week (reward for good behavior). Not going to this McDonald’s again. Go to the one on Del Prado Instead

Lately has been S***! Smashed beat up looking food and being stingy!! Got 1 pickle each on both of my doubles and maybe 5 minced onions!! Got maybe 10 lettuce strings on my mcchicken!! 🤦♀️

We ordered Uber eats we didn't get are correct order parts were missing an the fries cold I called an they said I have to complain to Uber eats because they didn't do it right mite want to wall in to get your food

Free fries Friday was the worst fries I have ever got at McDonald's.
I understand I ordered late at night, but McDonald’s is something that is open late at night. I’ve worked in restaurants service before placed my order through the drive-through. Explain that I had a free fry coupon showed it to him. He said it wasn’t working then when I showed it to him again, he walked away and told me the total was the same. I said why is the total the same was supposed to be free and he destruct his shoulders so as I was waiting for my food, I could see in the screen that there was now two fries and then I looked at my receipt and it was a buy one get one and I said that’s not what I wanted and he said no that’s what you got and walked away and then when his manager asked, what was the problem because my friend who speaks Spanish, understood he instead of telling her I was upset and not explaining the situation. Just decided to talk shit and hand me my food. I’m too tired to argue with people, but if you don’t like your job quit.

There only one person ( short Spanish girl )doing her job!!the manager is on his cell phone and he don't have a care in the world! The Manager needs his job taking away from him 4/17/25 they need clean up this dam store

The strawberry shakes are amazing. People are friendly. Only complaint is for a fast food restaurant it seems to have become fairly expensive

The customer service here is terrible. They are very short with the customers not very respectful most of the time you can’t even get anyone that understands English three out of four times that I go there my order is messed up or something is wrong with it and it’s supposed to be fast food. Why on earth does it take 15 minutes to make a cheeseburger happy meal And whenever you try to get something fixed that is incorrect even the manager, which is a male there Hispanic male has attitude and looks at you like you are stupid when you try to get something fixed that is not correct on your order. Overall, not pleased with this location they need to work on their communication skills with the customers and try to be more understanding and kinder.

When in the McDonald’s drive through I forgot to ask for my sandwich sub Mac sauce. When I arrived at the window to pay I asked for it to be subbed and the cashier said ok. Then when I went to the window to pick up my food the manager scolded me about wasting food and had up pull up. They had me sit and wait for 20 minutes after stating it will be a 5 minute wait. I ended up going inside and they had my food waiting on the counter. Over all the manager was the worst part and I will not be coming back.
