My crispy chicken was real dark brown and a little oily. But it was very meaty and wasn't bad. I also didn't enjoy the double cheeseburgers, much to my surprise. Either my taste was off or the pickles were sour . The service was fast and courteous.

Amazing location, all the food is always fresh, the employees are amazing very sweet and attentive. I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone when I’m there, and I go pretty often! Love the freshness of the food and the cleanliness of the lobby and the atmosphere. The employees are all very kind always coming back here

Ordered chicken nugget deal meal. The tea with my meal was fresh. The chicken nuggets were fair. The had some grisal in the nuggets and the fries were not good. They were alittle bit cold and not crispy. The employees were friendly and on top with their service.

They told us to park in spot 2 and ended up giving us the wrong bag and when we said it wasn’t ours the girl, (short chubby, light eyes and long hair) got super upset with US!! Because SOMEONE ELSE took OUR BAG.

The worst McDonald’s experience. Today I went and order two double cheeseburgers and they were missing. which when I asked for them the manger “Melissa” stated that I did not order it “all I wanted was free burgers”. When I got upset I told her to come see my bag in the car which my wife and my two daughter were waiting for the burgers because sadly I ordered in the drive through. She went with 6 more employees to check my bag to make sure I was not lying. When i gave her the bag she literally told me to never come back to this McDonald. The fact that i was mad I went in still and told her I want my cheeseburgers and she just kept being more and more rude. Until this other lady came nicely and asked what are you missing so I can make it for you and apologize. All this argument for just two double cheeseburgers. If I would like something free I would have order the most expensive meal. Just saying. I’m so upset i think she’s just racist because of my accent. This women should not work in a customer service environment. So if you see Melissa at McDonald make sure you order your FREE DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS! 😂 !

This restaurant staff is a joke, every time I go there something is either missing or wrong on my order but I usually just deal with it but as it happens quite often I thought I would complain about it for once. Today I went through the drive thru and they never put the two cheeseburgers in my bag. The line is always backed up at this location also. Poor management!

My experience at this McDonald’s was the worst. ordered a big breakfast with extra sausage patty from my dog I didn’t get utensils to eat my food or the condiments I asked for. Went back in line waited patiently. For someone to assist me asked for condiments for my pancakes only got one pancake syrup asked for extra they wanted to charge me for an extra pancake syrup. They didn’t give me any utensils… i drove over 200 miles hoping to find a McDonald’s to get breakfast… will never come back to this establishment…
Risa (sorry if I spelt that incorrectly) is so amazing and professional. Her personality exhibits such friendliness. I take my son here all the time to get happy meals (yes, he loves the toys lol). This is my personal favorite McDonald's bc everyone here always has the BEST ATTITUDE EVER!!! Hands down best location in Cape Coral, FL. Keep up the great work guys! I say all the staff here deserves promotions and RAISES!

Just went to this location for breakfast. Ordered through the drive through for my daughter and I, and after receiving my order left. Got down the road a little ways, and when my daughter went to eat the egg McMuffin, all that they had given us was the English muffin. Then tried to call, but number had not set up mailbox. Unfortunately, I have a day and couldn’t go right back. Tried to call another location to try and get a working number, and was greeted with an employee with an attitude who hung up on me.

This is literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my almost 40 years of life. They NEVER cook the fries properly, they are always limp and not even hot. The employees just shove the food at you without even greeting you. Super bummed this is the closest location to me. I've started driving down the road to better locations. The one by the Home Depot at least knows how to cook fries.

I cant say enough bad things about this place first if all the girl samantha at the drivethrough needs a new job her attitude is terrible she argued i was wring about ketchup being in a sandwhich i order often and than felt stupid and didnt apologize huffed and puffed through the order and than got the order wrong if you dont like your job dont work there.
