Food is either hit or miss here, also I ordered nuggets a few times and each time there is at least one or two missing. I understand mistakes once in a while but I am paying money (especially in this economy) for food and I expect all of it to be there. I don’t mean to be rude or mean but it’s been multiple times

I ordered for curbside pickup, and they never brought me my food. So when I went inside to get it by myself, I was never greeted by any worker and waited several more minutes before I was asked what I needed. When I was finally given my food, it was cold. 100% worst service I have ever received at a McDonald's ever!

Smoking in the drive thru while working, order completely wrong. Took 10 minutes to even get the good, everyone was just standing around talking and vaping.

Always the longest wait. Always check your bag before leaving the window. Terrible service. Go out of your way to another McDonald’s.
Ordered 1 meal in the drive thru. Waited 15 minutes for a plain quarter pounder with cheese and a large fry. Served 7+ cars before they even talked to me. They then proceeded to argue back and forth over why I didn’t get my food instead of making my food. After 15 minutes, they were going to start making it. I got a refund instead.
