If they do not speak AND understand English then don’t allow them to work a register.. anytime I go to this location. I’m treated as if English is the second language they can never get the orders correct and trying to speak to someone to correct my order when I don’t speak Spanish is nearly impossible

Worst McDonald's in the Cape! Pretty sad when you order and pay for large meals you get medium drinks. Then when you try to tell the person handing you the food that you paid for large combos amd all they can do is look at you confused since you are speaking English to them!

The service is great here at Cape Coral MCDonalds. Recommend the double filetofish. Clean facility. The self order kiosks are very efficient and display is very legible and user friendly. Only challenge, The staff needs to speak clearly to the customer when in person order mode In stead of looking down at order panel as the English is heavily accented and it's hard to understand even 'doyouwancreamNshugar?' for a half hispanic like me as I'm getting older and hard of hearing and resort to reading lips at times. 🙉 Something to accommodate the Seniors in the Community * Full disclosure I used to work at McDonald's Corporate many yrs ago.

It is no surprise this location was on the receiving end of a robbery due to horrible service. It is shocking that this location remains operational because it has been a horrible McDonald's for too many years to count, and it is crystal clear that management, the owners, and corporate McDonald's do not take pride in quality service or food.
Do the community a favor and shut it down. Perhaps convert it to public restroom. That is about all this location is good for.
