I got my kid a happy meal and she was LESS than happy. You guys advertise a squishmallow happy meal toy and we got SONIC 3. It was in the receipt AND the poster outside. And to top it all off you guys had NO ICE CREAM and we had to wait FIFTEEN MINUTES in the drive through for our food. And one of the fries we got was empty, along with some of our cookies missing.

Worker Sebastian has excellent manners and customer service. Despite being understaffed and very busy, he kept his cool and he gave excellent customer service to everyone. Very impressed with this young man.

Another order that was placed with Door-Dash. This McDonald’s always forgets items ordered. Today’s missing item Oreo McFlurry. Door dash service great as always. McDonald’s should double check before they seal the bag that ordered items are in bag. Quality control of items ordered are not to standards.

This location does NOT do pup cups! Tried to get a pup cup. (A small cup of just whip cream) and we were told no we can't do that. So we said we would pay for it. They still refused to. On Christmas. We just wanted a sweet treat for a pup after a extremely long day on our way home. The cashier and attendant that gave us our food where nice about it at least. I heard this location changed owners and these new owners are stingy. I get not doing a free one but it's a cup and whip cream. Come on now charge a dollar or whatever for the cost, it's not that hard. Super disappointed.

So disappointed went in yesterday early evening ordered a McRib sandwich. The sandwich was made with so much sauce, the container was filled with sauce and the onions were cut terrible just thrown in, and the taste definitely was off. I didn’t complain. There were other people in the restaurant. I just threw it away.
I like to do mobile ordering from this location when I have that fast food craving. The mobile puck up order wait time is minimal and the food is almost always perfect to order and fresh. Definitely a go to for a quick junk food run. The cheese burgers are made fresh and always taste good unlike at some places where it is just bland. The nuggets from this location are always crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The staff that bring out the food are usually really nice also.

New owners started taxing on water cups and sauces. 1 sauce is not enough for a 10 piece nugget and a water cup should not be a chargeable item. Plus the lobby closes at 11pm now such bs for us who work late and want to enjoy a bite to eat REALLY NOT HAPPY WITH NEW OWNERSHIP 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬
