I come to this McDonaldās often because itās close to my house and convenient when I donāt have a car. But the last three times Iāve visited, the same young man at the first window has greeted me in an unprofessional and frustrating way. Each time, Iāve said, āHey man, how are you doing today?ā and his response has been: āHorrible.ā
The first time, I thought it was a joke. The second time, I let it slide. But the third time? Iām annoyed. Many of us ā myself included ā are actively searching for work. Iām educated, experienced, and doing what I can to find the right opportunity. Meanwhile, this young man, who has a job many people would be grateful for, seems to think that saying āhorribleā to customers is funny. Itās not.
Thankfully, when I reached the second window, I spoke to Jada Lee easily one of the best managers at this location. She was professional, kind, and even mentioned sheās had to correct his behavior before. In my opinion, he shouldnāt be dealing with customers at all if thatās how he represents the brand.
If McDonaldās is ever hiring for someone who takes pride in their work, Iāll gladly take his shift overnight, weekends, whatever it takes. Because some of us understand what it means to be professional, and weāre hungry to work.

Hands down the worst mcdonalds in cape coral. If you have a lot of time to waste then this is the location for you. Constantly asked to pull forward from the drive thru to a parking spot for 1 meal. Then I swear that they just do that so they can move slower. Because then you sit there for 20 minutes and wait every time.

I swear this location does not give out sauces for their nuggets. On 06/24/2025 and today they did not give me BBQ sauce for my nuggets. This only happens at this McDonalds. I even order through the McDonalds app to make sure I get what I order. I get home and see no sauce so I have to eat these nuggets like a 5 year old with just my own ketchup. Please do your self the favor even though you not supposed to check your bag before leaving the window. Also they over salt the fries.

This McDonalds is nice, but I have never seen so many people moving so slow and no clue how to do their jobs. Management needs to train these people better and they need to move quicker. 20 minutes from ordering at the kiosk to receiving me order. This is not the first time.

Came in with 4 people, placed an order to eat in. After 20 minutes I go ask where our food is the guys says āwe just started working on itā. I said, āwhy just now?ā He said we are serving other customers. My response was āthere is no one in hereā. So I think you get my point.
Pick another location, very slow although I only get breakfast items. Most importantly for me is the coffee, probably 50% of the time it's barely warm & tastes old like it's from yesterday's brew.
