Moe's Southwest Grill

Even the free welcome burrito couldn’t save this place. I usually eat at 3 pepper and get the pork or spicy chicken. The difference between these two is insane, this place lacks modern flavors and options. I had a steak burrito and the steak was hard little cubed up chunks that seem to get lost in the burrito. No flavor ,no tenderness just little cubed meat to control cost . The queso is just melted cheese no kick and no other flavor besides cheese. I’ve never tossed half a burrito and a whole cup of queso. The “seasoned rice” is not that. All I will say. This place use to pop and now it seems to just try and get by.

This is by far one of the worst moes locations I've been to in terms of service. The 3 girls who were working tonight were acting as if no one was waiting in line when there were 4 people including myself. They weren't taking orders in any timely manner and left to the back while customers were still waiting. I ended up walking out as well as the other 2 people behind me. Will not be coming back

I love this moe’s! Connie is always so kind and always working so hard. Brookelyn was also so helpful and sweet. They made our meals perfectly. Thank you guys!!

Constance was an absolute pleasure to deal with. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. She was very friendly and took the time to explain what the stack item was without any hesitation. I will definitely be back to hopefully see her again.

Food is great good but today I go there on a Monday burrito should be 7.99. They charge me full price. I ask them about it. They say sorry but we can't refund the different. Very poor customer service

I try the syeak burrito today. First rime ever been there. Taste was heveanly good. Like i just decide to try it bc i saw the place but oh boy i had the beat burrito in a long time. They come well stuffed with plenty protein plus whereved topings you like. 10/10 deliciosos is worth it of your money and time i will say and ill be back.

Not what it used to be. Small portions, no 'welcome to Moe's!' just not what I remember it to be. Stopped in for lunch as I was in the area. Won't do that again. 3 pepper is much better. This place has gone down hill.

Went in person on a Friday night around 730 as any time we order online they give us incorrect ingredients in our items. 2&1/2 hours before closing on a FRIDAY night... staff was too busy filling online orders and, no joke, sent the entire in person line away due to "lack of ingredients" because of the online orders. Spouse attempted to call for a workaround and to see what the issue was... phoned over 10 times, phone was never answered and voicemail stated they weren't taking amy more voicemails.
Fix your employee scheduling, or the manager needs to BE a manager and come in to help relieve staff and make sure in person orders are offered. Half hour drive only to stand in line for another half hour before being turned away for what would've been ~ an 80$ order. Disappointed to say the least.

Ordered salad & it was awful. Got really watery from the black beans. The salad was small & left half of it. The chicken tasted like processed rubber

The food was cold or barely warm. The whole restaurant stunk because they use dirty water to wipe the tables and mop. This place used to be nice.

I dont go here anymore.. they'll give you a tiny portion of meat and the chips are always transparent, bathed in oil.. the place also stinks of wet dog any day you go.

This was our third try at this place and if I could give it zero stars I would. The last and final time there were 2 female associates working and both didn't speak english. One had an ear piece in and we suspect she was on the phone as she kept motioning to repeat ourselves. The customer in front of us was struggling with something at the register and the one who started on my order walked over to help leaving the tortilla on the grill burning.

Then as they were making my burrito they kept changing places. It's like they had zero training on how to run the line. It was time to pay and she walked away again and started helping the line leaving me waiting to checkout. The whole process took 20 aggravating minutes.

When we got home the beef was incredibly spicy and the chips tasted like old grease and were unsalted. Within an hour of eating both of us got sick. Worst experience and I will never be back.
