Moe's Southwest Grill

Horrible customer service, I was standing in line for about 5 minutes before one of the girls that were working there asked me what I wanted. What made it worst is that I was the only customer in the restaurant, the older girl just kept staring at me. Moe's please train your employees and educate them on good customer service.

I ordered dinner for 5 different things last night thru Uber Eats, 2 were not correct. I asked for 3 chicken burritos, 1 kids quesadilla, and 1 bowl. I got a steak burrito and a chicken burrito with lots of things I never asked for in it… if I have to pay an arm for food, i atleast would like it to be the correct order.

Connie thank you for the great service and amazing food. I have been coming into this location since its opened and always had issues with never being able to find a clean table or staff not understanding my order. My husband and I were in last night and what a difference! Connie you are definitely bringing Moe's back to where it should be.

I have recently had lunch there. Food is bland totally different when it had previous employees. I know the police department doesn’t go there anymore. If you went to lunch always you could see police enforcement there. Now you never see them. This tells me the quality has gone way down in the last couple years. Other Moe’s are better they need quality control and new staff. I’ve been wanting to contact owners but no luck.

I ordered doordash from this location and I only received one of my two bowls. I called in and spoke with the manager who advised me that she was still training a few people. she offered to remake my whole order and have it redelivered. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

Even the free welcome burrito couldn’t save this place. I usually eat at 3 pepper and get the pork or spicy chicken. The difference between these two is insane, this place lacks modern flavors and options. I had a steak burrito and the steak was hard little cubed up chunks that seem to get lost in the burrito. No flavor ,no tenderness just little cubed meat to control cost . The queso is just melted cheese no kick and no other flavor besides cheese. I’ve never tossed half a burrito and a whole cup of queso. The “seasoned rice” is not that. All I will say. This place use to pop and now it seems to just try and get by.

This is by far one of the worst moes locations I've been to in terms of service. The 3 girls who were working tonight were acting as if no one was waiting in line when there were 4 people including myself. They weren't taking orders in any timely manner and left to the back while customers were still waiting. I ended up walking out as well as the other 2 people behind me. Will not be coming back

I love this moe’s! Connie is always so kind and always working so hard. Brookelyn was also so helpful and sweet. They made our meals perfectly. Thank you guys!!

Constance was an absolute pleasure to deal with. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. She was very friendly and took the time to explain what the stack item was without any hesitation. I will definitely be back to hopefully see her again.

Food is great good but today I go there on a Monday burrito should be 7.99. They charge me full price. I ask them about it. They say sorry but we can't refund the different. Very poor customer service

I try the syeak burrito today. First rime ever been there. Taste was heveanly good. Like i just decide to try it bc i saw the place but oh boy i had the beat burrito in a long time. They come well stuffed with plenty protein plus whereved topings you like. 10/10 deliciosos is worth it of your money and time i will say and ill be back.

Not what it used to be. Small portions, no 'welcome to Moe's!' just not what I remember it to be. Stopped in for lunch as I was in the area. Won't do that again. 3 pepper is much better. This place has gone down hill.
