Was four stars a few months ago. The dramatic reduction in stars from me says a lot. We were seated right behind another large group in the same section about 430pm. We waited for about 15 minutes for our drinks to be delivered. Server was off her game. I didn't even take pics of the food and I usually do. Food came out within a reasonable time at the correct temperature. I didn't finish my fried catfish and probably won't. My partner didn't finish her fried tilapia, both meals were soggy. The kid ate the nugs and fries but said they were hard. See no reason to go back with so many better options in town.

My wife and I have never been to a seafood boil place before so we went with family. I got the shrimp and andouille sausage boil with hard boiled eggs spicy. It was fantastic although quite messy. I wish the shrimp were peeled which would have made it a lot easier to eat but it was definitely worth it. I also got blue crab in mine which was far more work than it was worth in my opinion. I will be trying more boils again

Food perfectly cooked the server was very inattentive experience from last timeFood was cooked to Perfection the service however is in serious neglect. I have been here several times seems the servers that they have working for them at this moment all early twenties and seemingly no experience. Brought somebody that came in from out of town there to show them a good time and good food but we constantly waited on our server, was inattentive, walking away as she was speaking, and when four people are racking a bill of over $150 the service should not be pretending that it's a social gathering for them. Whatever happened to work ethic and customer service? And reading through the reviews it appears that my experience isn't the only one of this nature

After walking in the restaurant was clean and presentable with lots of tables available they even let us pick where we wanted to sit. The waiter showed up got our drinks and order in a timely manner. Food took longer than expected to come out. After eating with my family of 4 and two children under 3 we were given the bill and asked to have the bill split by the table as my in laws were paying there own meals. We come to realize that we were charge a 18% gratuity Gratitude just for seating 6 at a table. When talking to the manager he told us that if there are six or more people that’s a standard charge which I don’t agree with when you have two children that only one ate a kids meal. The manager was very nice to fix the bill but the waiter was not understanding at all. She then replied that my one year old ate fries too and that’s why 18% gratuity Is fair. But the entire process of eating our meal, we barely saw our server and we waited over five minutes to get a refill for our drinks for the table. Professional, her professionalism, and understanding to the matter, seemed very childish, and the attitude that she gave once giving us our check seemed as if she didn’t care. As we left the restaurant, we could hear the front desk gossiping about the situation which left us upset and unsatisfied with our experience. I will not be coming back with my family ever again and I recommend that everybody read the reviews and make sure you ask questions prior to you ordering your meal so you don’t go through the experience we went through.

I usually dine here and have not been in a while. I experienced an AMAZING waitress, Leilani. She was more than helpful, willing, and professional. Top tier waiter you would want in your business/organization. However, I am not sure if this may be the owner or manager, BUT, this woman, was very unprofessional and aggressive about her waiter selling a bottle of wine for her company, for FULL PRICE and was addressing the waitress as if she did something wrong. I enjoyed Leilani’s service to the max, but the owner/manager was very unprofessional and unnecessary for the way she approached the waiter, Leilani, for selling THEIR company products. The only reason I will ever continue to go back, is for Leilani. I’ve rated the atmosphere very low, due to Leilani’s manager. If there is further notice, I will clarify if necessary because Leilani did NOTHING wrong. There is no reason to operate a business but also treat your employees for you as if they cannot handle it, BETTER than you. That’s it, that’s all. Leilani, thank you so much for everything, sweetheart!
