Keg & Cow

Sadly I tried to eat and Keg and Cow today with my senior Mom, mind you she is 86 and on a walker. Despite there being an open table we were told we would have to wait 35-40 mins. When I asked about the open table, I was told that was reserved for an 8 top should they need it. No one else was waiting and they could have split the two 4 tops to accommodate us. When I asked the girl to speak with a manager, after she stopped to joke and point with a bartender, a young guy came up and told us no, that they had to save that table in case they needed to seat a large party. I replied that there was no one waiting and that it was not right to ask a lady on a walker to wait 35-40 mins, upon which he flippantly said, no one asked you to wait. We will not return and I will let others know how poor we were treated. Went to another place locally and enjoyed a great burger and service. Too bad Keg and Cow could use a lesson in customer service as I used to tell all my customers what a great place it was.

Small place but best burgers in town. Even my tween kids love this place. The funky Gouda burger and garlic parmesan fries were amazing. We love riding our bikes here and then sitting outside on the patio. We will be back!

Update… I went for their new burger of the month. It’s a bacon stuffed burger with double cheese and 3 pieces of bacon on top, with an order of tater tots. It was awesome. It was their best burger that I’ve had, and I’m her almost every month. Great Octoberfest special as well. Keep this burger on your regular menu!!
1st visit- We went for burgers, fries and onion rings. The burgers were great. Very messy, which is a good sign and tasty. They could use a sturdier bun, like a pretzel bun, because the bun couldn’t stay together with the burger. The burger was a good size and not a belly buster. Great beer selection and onion rings. Fries were ok. Very small inside and the waitstaff is great. We’ll be back.

Nice selection of Burgers, they were yummy! Ask for a side of Rootbeer Bourbon Mayo with your sweet potato fries!

I discovered this place three days ago and it's already one of the best restaurants / bars I've ever been to. The burger meat they have here is the highest quality that I've ever had, they call it Sterling Silver beef. 10/10 highly recommend.

This is one great place, never have had a bad meal, service was great, it's our goto place.

Parking: They don't have any handicap parking. They need some.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is some want difficult very tight for wheel chair, our for a walker , even a cain.

I was told this was the spot to be at, but once I came in I immediately felt uncomfortable. People can't have a fun experience at this restaurant with the owner being extremely rude. The owner needs to be more respectful of his clientele. The food was extremely mid. I could get a better cheeseburger at Wendy's. The burger has to be frozen.

Very good, modernly interpreted burgers that have arrived in 2024 with great combinations. Four of us were there for dinner and everyone was completely satisfied. Nice, quick service at fair prices. Only the outside terrace becomes a bit drab and loveless, but that doesn't detract from the overall experience.
We'd love to come back!
