Service was slow. Poor server was overwhelmed and had to maintain the bowling center side too. Tablet to check out/pay kept freezing. Food was cold. It sat under the lights for a long while. My appetizer arrived the same time as my food. This place has an open kitchen so customers can see. We kindly asked for 2 of our kids plates to be warmed up. White Chedder Mac n cheese. When a server brought it to the cook the female cook shook her head and loudly Said there is no way that's cold! She continued to shake her head and speak under her breathe to herself as she warmed it back up. Body language was a little rough handling of the plates. She clearly was mad and it showed! Clearly not a behavior/ attitude she should have at a work place that serves and has an open kitchen.

Very disappointed in the service! We waited forever at the bar just to get the bartender's attention I know he was busy but he didn't look that busy finally when we got to place our order he had no personality and I felt like we were bugging him. I realize he hurt his leg and it's scooting around on a scooter where he gets around on pretty well but he just seems to ignore people as not to have to deal with them. Ordered food didn't get it how he asked but he never seem to care I also had to get up get my own plates my own napkins etc etc normally we really enjoy this place but lately hasn't been so great :-(

Draft beer is $4.50 so won't be back. Another customer complained that he was being charged for something he didn't have and she didn't seem to care. He said he would not be back as well. There's countless options of where to have a beer, sandwich and watch a game. This was my second time there, I guess it might have a lot to who's working. I might give them another try. Three strikes and we're done.

Nice outside bar to go with the inside bar. Somewhat of dive bar vibes but not necessarily a dive bar. It’s definitely more upscale then a dive bar. Drinks are fairly cheap. Food is okay…just basic bar food. Service can be slow at times too. It is what it is though. Not a bad place what so ever

Slow paced. Not attentive. Ordered sandwiches. After 1/2 hour nothing. I told the bartender to make it to go. It was NOT busy at all. We were the only ones at the bar and 2 people sitting outside. Will not go back

This is our first time in Cape Coral and we had THE worst experience at Nemo's. When we visited it was only moderately busy and we sat at the bar and ordered wings, fries and mozz sticks. Well, after about 40 min of waiting we asked the bartender if our food was coming soon and he said it should be and said "we have all new cooks and you know how it is." Um, no, I don't. It's fried food. The couple that came in about 30 minutes after us got a pizza and wings before we did and so we asked again and we're brought an order of cold, soggy fries. At a little after the 1 hour mark they finally bring us our medium buffalo wings and they are terrible! Tasteless when we ordered medium buffalo! Still no mozzarella sticks. We each ate one wing and then told the bartender the food was horrible, we had waited over an hour and we were leaving and would not be paying for our food. No one really ever apologized up til the point, or offered us a complimentary beer, or sent a Manager over. Maybe others have good experiences, but we do not recommend.

Been coming here for 7 years as a loyal customer and got cut off for discussing the declaration of Independence with my family who I was there with... I got treated very poorly after 7 years of loyalty.. because apparently I offended someonetalking about history. Guess what I'm offended. Some of the staff who worked there at the time told me they don't care if I come back while they were hanging at the bar. Not very professional.. Pretty sad.. I work in a similar industry and would never treat a customer this way... delprado location. Except Jenn who works there she's awesome!!!

I used to order food to go nearly weekly from nemos, until 6 months ago when they stopped taking any kind of to go order. Even when I ask if I can pay ahead of time, then come in to pick up, they say no. I cannot wrap my head around why I need to come in, find someone to order with, find a seat, wait around, then receive my food. Any other resturant in town I could order over the phone or online, pay, then come in when the food is ready. The food is great, but they have lost my business.

The staff is great, the demanding sports customers are less desirable. When sports fans learn that the end of closing games are more important than the beginning of the next games, the world will move a whole lot smoother. We love going here for the atmosphere and the variety. Great sports bar area, who'd a thunk.
