Musty smell. Our server tried to hand off a blazing hot plate to my mother in law and she burned her hands slightly. The server was using a towel to hold the plate, but just tried to hand it over to her without any instructions or warning.
Definitely will not be going back any time soon

It's Olive Garden. I mean you can never go wrong with their soup and salad. The prices are a little high now, but I don't blame them. Cost about $70 for app, entree, and dessert. There was a 30 min wait on a Sunday. Overall good food nice decor, and friendly staff. Would recommend.

Devyn M. was exceptional! My family and I came to dine in and from the get go he was phenomenal. Polite, professional, and kind. He’s one of the best personalities at Olive Garden. He’s exactly what I like to see in a server, coming from one in the business for a few years. I would love to come back to sit in his section again.

WOW!!! Brennan is amazing!! When my Grandpa and I came in the bar area it was quiet. Then right away Brennan walks out of the kitchen with a smile while acknowledging our presence! Right away he gets our drink order but more than that he engagingly keeps eye contact with us and pleasantly make us feel very welcomed with small talk. His service is top notch! The martinis he made me were excellent. I am a bartender and server myself, as well as being raised in the industry I am very impressed. Thank you for wonderful service Brennan and at the young age of 19 this man is going somewhere good!

Ordered take out, I picked up and drove home and one of the meals was missing. I had to drive back to pick up the missing meal. By the time I get home everything was cold. Just not a good experience so DOUBLE CHECK your order BEFORE you drive home.

The host I believe her name was Ava was very rude and had a nasty attitude. Made rude faces at my husband and I. Not sure if i had done something but my server was amazing and super fast. Food was good as always.

I love Olive Garden, but this location is great 😃 Gloria was out server and she was literally the BEST! She had our refills perfectly timed without prompting, made excellent recommendations, and made sure we enjoyed the food!

Went for lunch. Delicious lunch-size portions of Shrimp Scampi anf Fettuccini Alfredo, and All that Salad! Very busy. Staff handled it graciously!

Just stopped in for a large catering order, And Joshua, the catering manager was so helpful and amazing! I’m looking forward to my event even more now that I know Olive Garden has my back. Thank you to everyone at the Cape Coral store! See you guys in February!!
