Stromboli was great! Wedge salad was huge! Local favorite place!😍 🍻 👏

We ordered Uber Eats and had a wrong meal. I called the store and Tyler, the manager, without hesitation, apologized and prepared and PERSONALLY delivered the correct meal. We are business owners and understand that mistakes happen, but the way he took care of this situation was beyond what we expected and I can’t rave more about this restaurant and their team. Tyler, great job and thank you for outstanding service!!

Went there for Wing Thursday. 75 cents per wing minimum of 10 wings. Was informed that that special is not available anymore. The new “special” is 10 wings for $11.95. The “regular” price is $12.95. Not much of a special at all. Decide to have the Club sandwich. Have had it many times and love it. This time the toast was barely toasted, the meats were very slim. The entire sandwich felt like whoever made it didn’t have much enthusiasm for their job. Very disappointed.

The food is awful! We threw it away! These people leaving good reviews are not eating the same place we did.

08.30.24 Update: since our terrible visit last month, we did decided to go back since we had gift cards. Each visit I would order the classic Cobb salad with grilled chicken. It’s been on point and excellent. Tonight, however, different story. I ordered it the same as always. We got our check and saw a $2 upcharge for the chicken. We questioned Makenzie , our server, and she told us the grilled chicken is an upcharge because it normally is served with not real cubed chicken in a bag. Hmmm. We were never told this nor upcharged for “real” chicken. She sent over the young manager who began to dance around the issue stating the charge was because of it being a take out….hmmmm. It wasn’t take out, just to go to take home what was left. In any event, not real chicken, different stories…Overtime needs adult supervision and perhaps training. It isn’t the extra $2 it’s because we have never been up charged before for “real” chicken….she should have told us when ordering. I honestly would have stuck with pizza knowing OT isn’t serving quality items unless the customer asks for it
It’s a shame

Overtime used to be our favorite go to place. We had out of town friends visiting and went here for dinner. One guest was very sick all night from his dinner. I ordered the eggplant parm which was my favorite. This time? The eggplant was so tough and horrible, I could not eat it. I fought with every piece trying to cut it to bite size. It went to the trash I do not understand why the new owners would change anything? It’s really a shame as It used to be such a great place.

Each time the place gets better. It is now a favorite. The best pizza we've had in the Cape.
