Never getting food from this place again

I am updating my review because great leadership deserves to be recognized.

On Father’s Day, our visit was unfortunately overshadowed by the actions and arrogance of a manager, J-E-R-R-Y, who publicly berated our server, Cheyanne, in front of customers. It was uncomfortable to witness and heartbreaking to see a young woman who was simply doing her job be treated that way.

After our visit, I personally emailed owner Mike Matta because I felt it was important he knew exactly what had happened.

What happened next is why this is now a 5-star review.

Mike immediately took our concerns seriously. He listened, investigated, reviewed the evidence, spoke with those involved, and ultimately made the difficult decision to terminate the manager responsible. That level of accountability, professionalism, and leadership is rare today and speaks volumes about the standards Mike expects in his business.

Most importantly, Mike made sure Cheyanne knew she was valued, appreciated, and supported. She is kind, hardworking, caring, and absolutely deserves to be recognized for the way she handled an incredibly difficult situation with grace, professionalism, and maturity beyond her years.

Mike didn’t just offer an apology—he took action. To me, that’s what true leadership looks like.

Thank you, Mike, for restoring our faith in Overtime. We look forward to returning and supporting a business that clearly cares about its employees, its customers, and doing the right thing.

And to Cheyanne: Keep shining. Your kindness, professionalism, and heart did not go unnoticed. The world needs more people like you. ❤

Miranda is a very sweet and engaging bartender! The food is great, I definitely recommend the Stromboli.

Today me and my father came here. And let me tell you I am BEYOND upset . The manger jerry ( i think that’s his name) was screaming at this poor girl for something that was simply not her fault . She was kind and an amazing server, such a hard worker . The way he was screaming at her was truly horrifying, if he does not get fired i will not be back , Cheyenne ( i think that’s was her name ) if you are reading this , you did not deserve ANY of that , i hope he gets fired and you get a raise . I dont do these reviews. We came here to have father's day lunch and watched our poor waitress get yelled at by the manager boss.
It really upset me to watch this. People at the table next to us spoke up to him but he was rude to them too.. just horrible.

We got the prime rib special and the blackened fish tacos. It was a big slice of prime rib. Service was very. I would like to back and try their other specials.

Holy HOT! Rumor has it the owner controls the air from their phone to ensure we all feel like we are sitting in a sauna! I ordered a Caesar salad and the NY, my GF ordered a house salad and the chicken Marsala. The salads were literally warm! Hence the temp of the restaurant. Our entrees were also a disappointment. The NY was 60% grizzle, I was sawing away searching for a nice medium rare bite and even then it had to be doused in A1 and salt. The Marsala presentation was horrible. A soup bowl overflowing with penne and chicken with little to no room to cut without loosing half your meal but at least it tasted “okay.” Wow overtime! Perhaps we need to be renamed “Waste of Time!”

Zero stars i’ve been going to this place for four years. I haven’t been there in about six months. The pizza was burnt with no cheese and the overtime wings that have the overtime sauce is completely different and tastes like burnt teriyaki not garlic or Parmesan like it use too.
Spoke with the manager, she told me she was taking care of my new wings. I didn’t have to pay well. I already paid for the original wings. I asked for my money back and she basically ignored me and answered the phone.And carried on
Would love to know who the new owners are? If they care

Prices have gone up and the food portions have gotten significantly smaller since it is under new management

ordered Pizza for pick up. Everything was on time and food was good.
