Horrible experience with their “delivery service” when the food doesn’t arrive they don’t even remake it which is the least they can do they give you a refund almost 2 days after never eating here again!

Panera is a great place…I got the drink promotion; but I noticed that at times coffee is not fresh or like today there was no dark roast ( not the first time) food used to be better and more not sure what is going on. Cape Coral parkway is a very nice, great atmosphere; but drinks and food are not what they use to.
Walked in mid morning on a weekday and there wasn’t a person in site to place and order. I finally had to give in and order on the kiosk even though I had some bakery questions.
The street corn soup was straight nasty. It felt like it hadn’t cooked enough and had hard chunks of onion in it.
The chocolate croissant was just ok. Why does every Panera seem to have a different version of this pastry.
The baguette we bought was straight up not good. It didn’t have that baguette crust and seemed like it wasn’t cooked all the way and we looked good make sure it wasn’t supposed to be a take and bake. Just a very anemic loaf.

Price for sandwich with summer special still very high, definitely not worse to pay the regular price of lousy quality of a mixture of bread, mayo, cheese and chicken, on top prepared loveless, subway is offering more for your money. A disappointing visit
