The food is good for a fast food type restaurant. The service is par for fast food. They have the tip jar out, but it's a walk of counter, and you go and retrieve your own food. I'm not sure why they expect a tip. And the atmosphere is a normal, for a fast food restaurant.

Horrible experience with their “delivery service” when the food doesn’t arrive they don’t even remake it which is the least they can do they give you a refund almost 2 days after never eating here again!

Panera is a great place…I got the drink promotion; but I noticed that at times coffee is not fresh or like today there was no dark roast ( not the first time) food used to be better and more not sure what is going on. Cape Coral parkway is a very nice, great atmosphere; but drinks and food are not what they use to.
