I love Panera but my past 2 visits to this location were not great. I had pick 2 and ordered cup of broccoli soup an FCC the chicken panini. The soup was barely 3/4 full and the sandwich was more of a vegetarian sandwich. I will just visit another location in the

Panera downtown Cape Coral was great! It was clean and the staff was so patient! We were all a bit tired and our brains weren’t on, but they helped us order our food and get exactly what we needed, all 7 of us! The food was yummy and well prepared. The bathrooms were clean and the restaurant was well cared for.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant was kind to our kiddos and had a kids menu.

Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and I got a piece of cheese between 2 pieces of warm bread. I told the manager to grill the sandwich and she told me that they did not have a grill. I feel that I got ripped off and deceiving menu. I'm glad I didn't ordered a chocolate milk shake, I would have gotten a glass of milk instead Never going back to Panera again.
Panera bread always comes through with a delicious fresh meal. Soups have been great in this cold rainy weather.

I ordered a bread bowl of soup for my sister from here. $18.75 later they "say" it was delivered, but it was not! I was trying to cheer her up bc she's in an assisted living facility. All this did was upset her more! I called the place & waited on hold forever, only for them to tell me, they can't do a reorder from the store. They could issue a refund but not place the order. So what makes them think I would have confidence in them to order from their POS website again?!?! Thanks for bumming my sister out even more! Wtg & Merry friggin Christmas, jerks!
