We ordered a custom 4 item large NY crust pizza for 28 dollars. We received a medium size pizza that was light on toppings. The pizza was good but the size compared to the price is way off. They gave us garlic butter and a pepper in the box? If I’m paying 28$, I would like a large pizza. Won’t be back any time soon.

I had not eaten at Papa Johns Pizza in a long time. I used to get really good ones at the Cleveland Avenue location in Ft. Myers. I was watching football this past Sunday and they advertised a buy one get one free. I went to the store on Del Prado and ordered it from the store proprietor. I don't remember her name but she was very nice. I ordered a thin crust bacon and a regular pepperoni. Took it back to my buddies and we dug in. The pizzas were really bad, both of them tasteless and the pepperoni pizza dough was doughy like cardboard. I am not looking for anything. I'm actually trying to help you out. Maybe whoever made my pizzas did not put all the ingredients in? Do you have a way of knowing who makes each pizza? I mention it because your reviews are all over the place. This tells me that some people are making the pizzas correctly and others are not. Thanks for listening and good luck to you.

Door dash misdelivered our food and when we reached out to the store they immediately sent out a new order. The girl on the phone was super nice and helpful. Thank you!

Pizza was under cooked and doughy and cold. The toppings were not properly spread out. Just thrown on the pizza in weird bunches. the garlic knots were all so small . They gave us a garlic knot that was the size of a quarter. I wish I took a picture. If it comes with 8 garlic knots, I would like 8 not 7.5. And the wings? They were so small? Never seen wings smaller than dominos wings. And they weren’t even crispy. They were cold and soggy. Not worth spending $60 when other pizza places get it right for half the price. The best thing we got there was the Pepsi.
