The best subs in town . I've been in the Cape since 1987 parkway subs been hear since the 90s . I don't even go to Publix for subs anymore

The best steak and cheese sub I’ve had in a while, the potato salad was great too. I went during a rush and still received a quality sub in a timely fashion that wasn’t thrown together. The lady behind the counter was extremely nice and professional. What a great experience considering the quality and attitude you get from most places these days even when it’s not busy.

Our workplace chooses this place for lunch more days than not. They have a great selection of sandwiches, hot or cold, and salads. We love the fact that you can get either half or whole subs. Most days we do takeout but they do have delivery which is good because we are busy sometimes.

They make the best subs. Call your order in beforehand just in case they're busy. I get the Turkey Swiss with all the toppings except mustard. It's authentic and delicious.

I had the Italian. It tasted like good quality fresh ingredients. I think it could have benefited from more ham and less thinner Cappy but it was still very good.
