Great little place!!! Bomb food - breakfast burger was scrumptious, and the french toast was so delicious, I didn't even use syrup! We enjoyed breakfast so much, we got lunch to go! Felt like we tapped into a best kept local secret... super duper good!!!

Vibe is great, and the owner/staff are welcoming and sociable. I ordered an egg-and-cheese croissant (no meat, extra cheese). The croissant tasted day-old (think Winn Dixie or Costco), and the filling lacked flavor—couldn’t even taste the pepper jack. This spot is definitely for meat lovers, not vegetarians. My chai latte was a cup of frothy sweetness with a dash of spice. I wouldn’t come back for the food, but I’d happily use it as a workspace with good java and an excellent Gen X/punk-rock soundtrack.

I absolutely loved my visit to Perk and Brew. I had an iced chai and the sirloin Benedict. Oh my, that Benedict is to die for; the sirloin steak was so tender and yummy. Iced chai was delicious. I sat in the outdoor space where there was a nice breeze and lots of shade. Whenever I am back in the area I’ll visit again. The lady who served me was so kind and nice

Just wanted to say thank you so much for opening for me when you saw me approaching your building 15 minutes before you opened. Asking me if I needed a coffee and yes, I sure did. What an awesome staff and friendly employees. Also, the lemon blueberry poundcake was awesome.!! You could’ve turned me away and said you were open in 10 minutes, but you didn’t and I thank you so much! Awesome energy and coffee!
