I have been a customer here for a very long time. But the service I received today was the worse service I have ever experienced here.
The lady was so rude and didn’t even come back to the table one time to ask how was food or if we even needed a refill.
If I could rate this place a 0 I would !!! I will never come back again.

This used to be my go to Vietnamese restaurant but they have started cutting corners. I ordered take out on 9/18. I ordered a combination bahn mi & egg rolls. The bahn mi portion size was very small. 2 minuscule layers of meat. I also asked for some chili oil. I was informed that a tiny cup (less than an ounce) of chili oil would cost me $1. Ridiculous! It use to be free! I understand that the cost of food is increasing but that just seems greedy!
The food is delicious so its extremely disappointing that this business is letting greed take over.
I will be taking my business to I Love Pho.

I enjoy this place. It has pretty good food. Mostly authentic. The pho is always very good. I always try different things every time and have never been disappointed. I like to ask for an adjustment with my dish, like lemon grass. They will not allow.

Food was alright, nothing special, portions were okay but not very big. Service felt lacking, no one even checked on us after serving, and gratuity was added without saying anything. Didn’t feel very welcomed.

First time here. Not much atmosphere, but food and service were exceptional. Portions were gigantic. Served nice and hot. Our party of 4 ordered 4 different menu items. All were delicious. Will definitely return.

This is definitely one of the top 3 pho spots. It came out perfect, adding the usual stuff was a mistake, although still great it came out perfect from the kitchen. Highly recommend #1 pho. And thank you Brittany for the great service and smile!
