It’s unfortunate you have implemented a policy where you won’t give approximate wait times over the phone. Driving half way across the cape, no where near other food options, through a quarter mile of speed bumps, and walking from the parking garage to find out the wait is too long is silly. There are plenty of seafood places in cape that don’t make customers jump through hoops.
Dined on Friday - accidentally left a pair of sunglasses due to chaos with kids- called within an hour to confirm if Pinchers restaurant had them, person on the phone confirmed they still had them and would hold them. Returned on Sunday, sun glasses were missing. No one could help me after that or find them.

This place is a nice spot for a date night or just a nice place in the afternoon to take on the view. The food is great, and the service is phenomenal. It's definitely a nice vibe.

Some food was a little too salty. The atmosphere outside was awesome! Will go back!

My $33 ceasar shrimp salad was a huge disappointment -- very small shrimp on mininmal lettuce which were mostly yellowed stalk cores.
Husband's grouper sandwich was extremely small.
2 for 1 drink special was very deceiving. Asked bartender the well vodka and she said we have deep eddy's too, though she did not mention that it was an upcharge. Received the bill and it was $15 for 2 drinks -- definitely not a happy hour!
No soap in the men's washroom. Husband asked the hostess and she went to ask someone, but no one showed up.
Further, nearby tables remained dirty for over an hour.
Not the Pincher's that we remember and enjoyed!

Fun place but so loud we couldn't hear each other. The wait was over an hour, even on the wait list, and the food was just OK. The soft shell crabs were not even six inches long...is it legal to harvest such small crabs? Our server was friendly though.

Wife and I had grouper nuggets, looked like it was for a kids menu $18 a meal. The nuggets were the size of a penny. The wife and I have been going there for years this is definitely the last I will ever go there again. Nice people horrible food.
Very busy restaurant, twofers drinks. Service was quick, informative and friendly.

Fast, friendly service on the marina. Perfect place for a sunset. The food was delicious, and the employees were empowered to make things right by the customer. I would go back to try more menu items

This pincher's has really gone downhill. The food quality is terrible. It's becoming a tourist trap, it's a shame. The mussels appetizer had a salty paste at the bottom of the bowl instead of a wine and garlic butter sauce. Had to send it back what a shame I have been coming here for years. I'll have to hope another pinchers does better.

Been going here for years no waitresses that been there for years don’t know what happened to management. The atmosphere is so tense between the waitresses and bartenders you can fill it in the air of the tension. Service was immaculate but as far as management was terrible It is a waterside restaurant pull up on the dock from our boat And we can’t sit outside with no shoes on don’t understand about that. They gave us a hard time since we got there, I spent over $200 there and the waitresses treated us great but the management was terrible.

Really good seafood restaurant in Cape Coral Florida near the Westin Hotel. Food good. Steamed oysters were excellent. Conch fritters were good, but didn't have a lot of conch. The hogfish Platter was good, but a little overcooked. Great selection of beverages. Plenty of parking. Great staff. Good option for a meal.

Good place for typical seafood option. What’s makes Pinchers great is their vast menu. Moderate pricing, fair service, nice views outdoors
