0 stars for service. Ordered online for delivery. Order was missing paid for sauces and they gave us a regular soda instead of diet. To some that's not important but to my diabetic husband who now lost out, it sucks. Called the store, they didn't answer and the call got transferred to an operator. Seems like they know they suck since they can't answer a phone call.

We just ordered a big New Yorker pizza from here. I can say that this was unequivocally the worst pizza I've ever eaten, including anything from the freezer section at my local grocery store. This tasted like it was made two days ago. The crust was overcooked and dry, the pepperoni was almost flavorless and the sauce just plain tasted weird. I think the person who cut it did it with their eyes closed as the slices were inconsistent and cut halfway through. For $18, it was a complete waste of money. Never again!

It is the worst pizzeria I have ever seen in my life, for the first time in my life, a pizzeria Cancels an order that I placed online and also does not let me know that it did I placed an order the day before at 11:38 p.m. Pizzeria said it closed at 12 a.m., which means that if they took my order it was because they were still open; For 2 hours, I was watching as their Tracker told me that my order was being made, like a stupid woman I was waiting for 2 hours and the order never arrived at my house, the next day I made a call and the person who attended me very calmly told me that my order had been canceled and that he didn't know who had done it or why and that he also didn't know if they had called me or not to let me know, that is, in my own face doubting what a client was telling him. Obviously the person who received the order decided to cancel it without letting me know so as not to work half an hour before closing the store. terrible customer service

Pizza arrived 55 minutes it was ordered. Over 1/2 an hour after the est time of arrival. It was cold. The website caused my debit card to be turned off. The store never answers the phone. Driver just dropped it in front of door and left. Never rang the bell or knocked. Unacceptable.

Pizza was very good though curbside needs work to fulfill expectations. Only drawback is location can be easily missed and u-turn entry or departure when heading with limited access to parking lot.
Parking: location is tucked in the back of small strip center easily missed. Also limited access requiring u-turns.
