UPDATED: I called this location. They redid my order again for free.

PERVIOUS: I ordered 2 Meat Lovers, 1 of them was supposed to have half the cheese. They gave me 2 half pepperoni/sausage, which is weird. Why would you make half and half when you could just keep 1 whole pepperoni and 1 whole sausage? They didn’t even cut the cheese bread fully, just one cut as you can see in the picture. I tried contacting Pizza Hut customer support to get this resolved or at least get a refund, I waited almost an hour, and no response, I was done.

Absolutely more than satisfied. Quick story on Denise. I arrived for an online order I made for pick up. Turns out the pizza had a lighter color around crust. I hadn’t even gotten there when it came out & Denise put in a new one for me so it could be perfect. If you’re in management and you’re reading this. Denise should be highly considered for any position higher up. I’ll be driving to this store from now on even though it’s further. Exemplary is an understatement.

I had a carry out.When i walked in i greeted the associates.They all seen me walk in but no greet.And it was very awkward standing at the count in silence.Waiting for the associate to take my order.

If you plan on ordering from this location expect a minimum of 10 minutes worth of delays because they never seem to be on time whenever I order.

Nobody out pizzas this hut, service and food is quality and the delivery was timely, great work yall keep it up!

They just lack good pizza makers it’s pretty bad it taste like wet bread !!!

We had a less than positive experience a few weeks ago, and had to drive to the store. I was feeling pretty annoyed since it was delivery- the phone kept kicking over to after hours and they were the WORST! When we arrived, they were slammed. The manager came over and offered to send us with both the wings that were forgotten and a hot and ready new batch. Last night, the order was perfect, hot and delivered quickly- the driver even called us when he got back to the store to make sure we were satisfied. You have an amazing team!

Ordered a three topping pizza to go: bacon, onion and mushrooms. Could not find/taste the bacon at all. Onion and mushrooms were not even on every slice. This store on Santa Barbara Blvd in Cape Coral is CHEAP with toppings.

Same thing with the cheesy crust of my daughter, barely pineapple. Even a single topping pizza (paid for three toppings) has not enough flavor.

$27 for a disappointment.

I really like Pizza Hut, but this location is a desaster.
