Pizza Hut

Ordered a three topping pizza to go: bacon, onion and mushrooms. Could not find/taste the bacon at all. Onion and mushrooms were not even on every slice. This store on Santa Barbara Blvd in Cape Coral is CHEAP with toppings.

Same thing with the cheesy crust of my daughter, barely pineapple. Even a single topping pizza (paid for three toppings) has not enough flavor.

$27 for a disappointment.

I really like Pizza Hut, but this location is a desaster.

The pizza was quite cold and the cheese had hardened. This was our first time at this restaurant so maybe It was a fluke. I’m not sure

Warning to all delivery drivers who go to this location! This store is actively stealing customer tips,my customer told me that they had given a $10 tip to which I received $0. Along with that they were late for pickup time,got the order wrong by miss counting a 36 piece wings and only giving the customer 25,which caused me to have to try sort their mistake for over 20 mins while I had another order to deliver. They then went on to lie,and try to manipulate blame on to me and complain how doordash takes 30% of there orders like that is our fault they don’t have delivery drivers and that it is ok to steal 100% of any tips because the order was done on their site and not DoorDash. I will never do another delivery for this location and probably never for any Pizza Hut again after this experience.

I had a horrible experience with DoorDash and had to personally go into store 2255 to complain and pick up my food. I mean my blood was boiling due to not only DoorDash’s service but also because the Pizza Hut after hour phone service was terrible!!!
HOWEVER, upon arrival to the store, Danielle was able to assist me, calm me down and make my experience better. I appreciate how a great employee, like Danielle, was able to outshine the most horrible experience. Danielle really exceeded my expectations and made a huge difference.

The worst. Today was last day I order from them. Every time I order, they forget 1-2 items. I try to call and nobody picks up!

Ordered online...said it was 30 to 40 mins for delivery. Waited 1hr 15 mins before calling. Was told that they don't have a doordasher to deliver it..fine I get you outsource it whatever. When I asked why we didn't recieve a call she interrupted me and said nope, couldn't do that because in one system it showed it picked up. She then stated that she saw it sitting there and it had been there for quite a while so she had it made again...so how couldn't you have called when you had to remake it? They offered a refund....happy day...that is an obvious one. Customer service not at its finest for sure

Improve the quality of your food. Cheese sticks were very dry…most inconsistent item from store to store.
