It's fast food. You can't set your expectations too high. It was decent for what it is. This location was out of several menu items. The food was overall okay. Like most fast food joints, the staff doesn't seem the least bit interested in even being there, let alone trying to make your experience a friendly one.I did get my food fairly quickly and it was what I ordered. So overall what I consider a standard fast food joint experience. Nothing exceptional.

I ordered the garlic parmesan wings and they was so hot I know they added hot sauce first then the garlic parm so I thought maybe it was a mistake gave them another chance and the same red hot wings I don’t understand why u would make it so spicy it’s garlic

I when to this so called fast food place, and iam so disappointed first of all the microphone doesn’t work properly at all, so hard to hear the voice on the other end.I placed my order a three piece chicken meat, I get home and it’s only to pieces in the box I am not happy with this place I will not eat there again.this place is horrible don’t waste your money.

Would of given No Stars ⭐️! Don’t eat here! Bad service bad undercooked food! We were served big bag of raw fries twice trying to give us old fries undercooked andfries in larger quantities (a bag full) to get rid of them. We only had a regular size and then when they finally cooked fresh fries after those two atrempts. Then they gave us hardly no fries ? after all that. No one speaks English here no one, amd it’s always dead here amd now we know why. I will never come back here one time and done. Beware! They will be closing soon. No business here no matter what time of the day it is. Location isn’t even well lit and is dingy looking. Even the screen for Drive is broke and doesn’t work. When we asked for Cajun rice they said that was a limited time offer. Ok ? that’s always been offered every since they opened that wasn’t a limited time item that was discontinued they don’t even know the difference ? Please hire English speaking people. Everyone is Hispanic and didn’t speak English. Family owned apparently. AllHispanic people working there and speaking Spanish. All these bad reviews speak for themselves. It’s very Poorly ran. Run away fast ?♀️ And don’t stop here. Keep driving! Popeyes in general has really gone down hill and always in not the best locations. Food quality and portions have definitely gone down and prices are way up! Another reason they are busy at all. The biscuits are a third of the size of what they used to be. Now I remember why I don’t eat at Popeyes this one is really the worst of the worst.

We ordered the 8 piece dinner with a side of mashed potatoes and 4 biscuits. With tax it was over $28. That wouldn't be so bad if we got decent pieces of chicken. I measured the drumsticks and they were 3.5" long. The other pieces were also pathetic. They were tasty and juicy, the biscuits and potatoes were good but the price was a rip-off for the amount of food that we received. We love the spicy chicken but this was our last trip to Popeyes.

I ordered a simple 2 pc combo all dark and got a small drumstick and a chicken breast, not all dark meat. The chicken was terrible as it was dry and overcooked. The cashier was a nice young man but could hardly speak English!! The flavor of the chicken as well as the biscuit and red beans and rice was a Cuban flavor, not Louisiana, I know this because I cook and I know the flavors. I was very disappointed and will not go back again.

I ordered dark meat chicken and got white which was horribly overcooked and dry. The cashier could barely speak English and the manager was rude. This food is supposed to taste like Louisiana food but it is clear to me the flavor is Cuban. This is my first time to Popeye’s and I will never go again. Don’t go here, it’s awful.
