Relaxing atmosphere, Emilia our server was fantastic, great attention to detail, good sized portions, took food home...it was a great night.

We had dinner in the bar. Food and ambiance was perfect!

Service was top notch. Waitress engaged in conversation and extremely polite. Food was cooked to perfection. Great crust and flavor. Drinks were made properly and tasted great. Would definitely recommend and would go to again.

Celebrating a birthday.. 12? Of us. Might be why our food came out somewhat sporadically. Soup was good. Salad eh? Didn't have main menu however

Came to celebrate a friend's big sale. First was stuffed shrimp. Then I had the chicken. Bartender made us some snakebites. Ill come back. Everything was very well executed.

Its steak was just perfect! Freddie our waiter was excellent! Escargot was very different but best I’ve ever had.

Went in my family. Sat on the patio due to a seafood allergy. Was constantly watched by multiple employees, felt like being stared at the whole time. The clientele was loud a full of foul language, which some employees engaged in also. When the steaks came, not one of them were cooked correctly, ordered Medium and everyone of them came out medium well or worse. Definitely do NOT recommend this restaurant. Beyond a horrible experience while on a family vacation.

Prime has great food and service. They have worked on the volume level. The floors are a lovely finished cement and it is still loud. Perhaps a redirect towards intimacy would help. We yearn for a quiet booth where we can talk without a struggle. Fix this and we will visit more often. We go to Lobster Lady at least once a week.

Excellent restaurant! Fabulous food & every selection perfection.
We will come back each week because this restaurant is a truly rare find.
Our server, Teddy guided our every selection and his knowledge and attention was amazing.
Patrons need their servers to be knowledgeable. We depend on it. Teddy surpasses all standards and our meal was fantastic.

We were in town for the weekend and were in the mood for steak. This place did not disappoint. We made a last minute reservation on a Saturday evening. Restaurant was quite busy but we were seated right away by the friendly host. Devin- our server- was great! He informed us of the specials and was quick to get our drinks and bring a basket of bread with two flavors of butter. The steaks were cooked and seasoned perfectly! Absolutely amazing. We eat out quite often and we haven’t had service and food this good in a while. We will definitely be back.

I have no explanation as to why it took me two years,. After dozens of friends giving me great feedback, to come to dinner here but now I did and here’s what happened…..

Super first greeting at host stand by a man and woman who made us feel like they just won the lottery when we told them it was our first time and could we get seated for dinner. Quickly we decided to sit at the bar first and as soon as we sat decided it was our final resting place for a drink and the dinner to follow… our bar tender “Lee Lee was a gem and managed us and actually made me a custom drink of vodka and her interpretation of lemonade which was a star and I had another. She made my friend a buffalo trace manhatten perfect with a big cube.

We saw the owner and eventually met him working the room and watching his biz and noted he was known and liked by his customers….

We had 12 oz strip steaks medium rare cooked perfect no extra fat and they looked more like 16 oz…. Creamed spinach (best next to mine) Yukon Gold mashed with cheddar and bacon (solid !)
Small wedge iceberg salads home made ranch off the hook….

They even made a special whipped butter for the bread.

Thanks for doing it right and for caring…. The owner must know what he is doing and everyone down the line gets it….

Don’t miss this place can’t wait to go back asap.

My family and I have been here before a year ago and loved it. However, we decided to go tonight without a reservation at 5pm. When we got there, there were only five other tables filled and the hostess had us seated. We waited for about 15 minutes and not a single waiter or anyone else came to the table. While waiting, three other waiters attended the other tables they had. A couple who had walked in after us and had also been seated had already received drinks they ordered. After those 15 minutes, we got up and left, because it seemed like a waste to have a nice dinner only to feel ignored by all of the staff. Even when we left, the same hostess who seated us told us to have a nice day. It’s pretty obvious they don’t pay much attention to their customers and I can’t imagine us ever going back.
